“Stopped in on our way to St. Louis since I wanted to try a Chicago style hotdog. I must say it was good but felt the hotdog could've been bigger then I would give it 5 stars. We also had the Philly cheese steak and that was fantastic! Wow piled high with thinly cut beef and smothered with cheese. That was a good meal.“

“One of the best tasting hot dogs I’ve had. Consistently excellent. Old school fries with just the right amount of salt. Very friendly too. You won’t leave disappointed. Time cute establishment that’s drive thru only but plenty of parking to eat in your car if you choose to do so or eat on one of the 2 picnic benches available on the grass.“

“I came in tonight and was excited because I’ve been craving a jrito crunch and have been for about 3 years and my buddy Carl told all his fb friends that owner is a previous franchisee of jrs and they have the chil ito which is this same xact indgredients (yes same chili and cheese and same chips as jrito everything was phenomenal came from Thornton which is about a half hour plus drive. So so worth the drive I refused to touch anything til I got home so I could enjoy that first bite. Thank you to the owners for preserving the beautiful food of your past establishment only to bring it to your new establishment! Everything was phenomenal!!!“

I've even red around the yellow to draw attention to the "trip", at other establishments. It's just an accident waiting to happen. Thank you.“

“Tried this wonderful place for the first time today. The Italian beef is made in small batches in house and has that unique “made by grandma” flavor and savory character. The bread is @Turano so you can’t go wrong. The nice people at the counter are extra caring and friendly. Fries are crinkle and crispy.“

I came before they were closing and he took care of me , I absolutely love JJ Fish & Chicken! Every time I go, I order the chicken tenders, and they are always fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. The customer service is excellent—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. It’s hard to find a spot that consistently delivers great food and service, but JJ Fish & Chicken nails it every time. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious food and a great experience!“

“Very good hotdogs and fries. The fries are hand cut and fried without a timer. This does cause some fries to be over cooked. Yet, most of the fries are delicious. Not sure when they changed the hot dogs, but they are longer. Still good and have a snap. All the condiments were great.“

“Five Guys lived up to their reputation. Tuesday, 5/15/18, was my first time at the Downers Grove location. That Bacon Cheese Burger was great. Just as expected from the many Chicago locations in the past. The two young men on duty offered service with smiles.“

“Stand-alone restaurant on the corner had a lot of choices on the menu. We tried a few classic Chicago items; Italian beef, Gyros, pizza puffs, hot dogs and Italian ice. Everything was go, hot and fresh. The dine-in area was clean and had lots of tables available. Staff was so helpful!!“

“I miss the location that closed because it was nearby my work but I took my family to this location tonight and the service was the best ive had at a that burger joint. Nathan and team made sure the order was completed correctly, put a to go order to the side and kept it hot and worked very fast to complete our order. It was great!“

“The blonde lady working the pick up counter tonight (7/27 after the terrible storms) deserves a raise. She was absolutely phenomenal with all of the chaos. Power is out in much of our area making it 3x busier. People were being inconsiderate and rude, she was gracious and kept her composure. Kudos to her!“

“This is definately one of these nicest and cleanest take out places Ive ever been too in Chicago area. Everything was meticulously maintained and properly wiped down. Bathroom was spotless and smelled like they always keep it that way. I couldnt find a single thing on any floor dust debris nothing. Whoever cleans is very proud of there work. Food was made to order super hot and fresh. Norma at the front was super pleasant and a pleasure to interact with. Not a single speck of dust or prints on the windows or doors even the ones way up top in the entry way. Super impressed by the overall condition of this place. The owner definately treats his employees well and trains and hires properly. Hope to visit again in the future when Im in Broadview,IL.“

“Burger was overcooked, edges were burnt/crunchy. Also the guy putting the side of hot peppers dropped them on the floor. Walked back to the beef table and pretended to replace. Dropped the same container in the bag, while looking at me. Been eating at Portillo's for 50 yrs... food's still very good but the service has declined noticeable over the last few years.“
