“If we had a Teddy's Red Hots in our neighborhood, we'd be 100lbs heavier. Thank goodness we live in MN. That being said, the Italian beef sandwich and Philly cheesesteaks were absolutely delicious. The peach Italian ice was a perfect pair to cut out the savoryness of the sandwiches. Considering how much sandwich you get, the price is a good deal.

“I came in tonight and was excited because I’ve been craving a jrito crunch and have been for about 3 years and my buddy Carl told all his fb friends that owner is a previous franchisee of jrs and they have the chil ito which is this same xact indgredients (yes same chili and cheese and same chips as jrito everything was phenomenal came from Thornton which is about a half hour plus drive. So so worth the drive I refused to touch anything til I got home so I could enjoy that first bite. Thank you to the owners for preserving the beautiful food of your past establishment only to bring it to your new establishment! Everything was phenomenal!!!“

“Stopped by for a quick lunch after grocery shopping. My friend ordered the Saturday special—the Super Burger, a massive ½‑lb burger served with fries. I wasn’t as hungry, so I went with the patty melt instead.

The Super Burger lived up to its name and was topped with grilled onions and mozzarella cheese. My patty melt was spot on: crispy bread and a perfect burger‑to‑grilled‑onions ratio. I also grabbed a large fountain drink, and refills were $1.

The interior has been recently updated, and they’re clearly making good use of the space, including a half‑booth facing the window. The booths were comfortable, making it an easy place to sit and enjoy lunch.“

“Well originally I was craving for Portillos but since this whole week I've been working at Midway I kept seeing this hole and below local restaurant.. This is my first time trying Nikki's and I was actually suprised at the Italian beef. It was not bland compared to Al's Beef or Portillo's but at the same time it was not too salty. I like that they use steak fries. Very chunky. As for the choice of a drink for the meal for $12.99 they had horchatas as well as Jamaican juice and mango or the regular soda fountain drinks. I would have given them four stars for my experience but after seeing that they don't have a bathroom to wash your hands. Service was ok. Ambience was like a hole in the wall or very local which is good. I would come back but next time would like to try their burgers or their barbecue rib tips. I do recommend for such food“

“Well I like Lucky Dogs but this location on Roosevelt has the worst customer service. A least 5 times, where they get my order wrong even after repeating my order clearly. Sometimes, I’ve had to ask them to repeat the order back to me just to make sure they had it right. Some of their drive thru employees don’t listen well, nor understand good clear English. Some don’t speak good English. Once I ordered a taco dinner & the beans were spoiled. After a long day at work & getting home realizing the beans were bad, I was too tired to deal with it. They have gotten my beef sandwiches wrong, it happened again today. I wish they would open the one on 16th street again (rarely had any issues other than with newer employees), and the one in Broadview is decent (I’veh never had a problem with them other than their sign having pizza on it but they don’t sell pizza, lol!) my stars are for the food, it is usually all around good.“
