“Staff is usually good and fast, the food is just as good but ofc is very pricey, fries are ok wish they were a little crispier but have a great taste. This specific location is not too busy usually a line of 3-5 people and they always keep it clean.“

“I have eaten their twice on two separate occasions once for lunch and once for dinner. On both occasions the food was wonderful I had the hamburger and fries the first time and the brisket the second. Everything was cooked wonderfully and very delicious.The service is prompt and responsive very polite.Location is in the downtown area with street parking limited on site parking behind the restaurant.I well happily eat there again when I'm in the area.And for those concerned about it being a bar and grill there is a separate seating area with tables and chairs and some booths separate from the bar area and they have a kids menu so it is family-friendly.Con... “Great, authentic Chicago-style hotdogs. Good fries. The interior is a tad dark. When crowded, it can be chaotic when you're waiting for your order to be called. It can get noisy and hard to hear if your number is called. You'll have to stand and wait near the pickup counter. Many restaurants have moved to delivering to your table, something I wish Portillo's would do.“

“I had the grilled chicken sandwich and boy was it absolutely delicious. Seasoned to perfection And a full juicy butterflied chicken breast. I should have taken a picture of it but I inhaled it , it was so good. I'll take a picture next time cause there will most definitely be a next time.“

“Tried this place for the first time today because I didn’t wanna go all the way to the city to the original Home of the Hoagy and wait forever & stop at an atm to get cash? I googled “Hoagies near me” and Fitches was the first to pop up! They’re definitely my new favorite! The hoagies were so fresh and delicious and the sweet steak was good and tender. The fries and mild sauce were bomb! I will be spreading the word this place is A1?“

“Long time local resident and it's our favorite "fast" food. Usually call the order in and pick up is fast and easy! The Greek salad is our go-to, always fresh and large for some leftovers the next day! Gyros are fresh and always willing to add some extra yummy sauce. The menu is pretty large so be sure to check it all out.“

“The one place you can get a cheap meal from so good, and very fast food is always hot and on point this is a great maxwell . One thing they need to start accepting debt cards cause I do not like to carry cash especially trying to get money out there atm machine late at night the world is very different every button you it you have to be looking over your shoulders just tragic.“

“While not my usual selection, I ordered the Italian beef dry with juice on the side. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sandwich and the generous amount of beef packed into it. The side of juice was fine for someone like me who doesn't was a soaked beef. With the side of fries and drink it is a sandwich meal that satisfies. The employees are courteous and efficient.“

“Food was delicious. Catfish is real catfish not Swai like someone else mentioned in there review. Way better than Sharks because it tastes wayyyy better and they are Black owned and operated and instead of our hard earned dollars going back to India and not being spent in our community. Food and customer service is A+ . This place is a must visit. Let's do one better let's support them instead of the swai serving Sharks with there terrible customer service that's across the street.“

“I moved from Dolton over 15 years ago and I still miss Nicky's!!! I know the neighborhoods has changed, but I still try to visit whenever I'm in town. I ate here so much. Everything is good. Customer service is always friendly and fast. Even if it wasn't, it's always worth the wait.“
