“Before Monday, I didn’t know A&W had restaurants, so you can imagine my surprise when I was driving down the highway and spotted this lovely location. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Andee, an employee at the restaurant. He was very kind and took the time to answer all my questions about the location and the history of the restaurant. He convinced me to try the new root beer coffee item, which was outstanding, and he was an all-around great person. I hope that, as the oldest restaurant chain in the country, every employee strives to be as hospitable, informative, and respectful as Andee was to my girlfriend and I.“

“I came in tonight and was excited because I’ve been craving a jrito crunch and have been for about 3 years and my buddy Carl told all his fb friends that owner is a previous franchisee of jrs and they have the chil ito which is this same xact indgredients (yes same chili and cheese and same chips as jrito everything was phenomenal came from Thornton which is about a half hour plus drive. So so worth the drive I refused to touch anything til I got home so I could enjoy that first bite. Thank you to the owners for preserving the beautiful food of your past establishment only to bring it to your new establishment! Everything was phenomenal!!!“

“Haven’t had it in awhile, was driving past and decided to stop. So delicious I stopped the next day too!!!! The only problem I had the second stop was one of my buns was too soggy, but the other 3 dogs were perfect!!!“

I got a Chicago dog and a polish. The polish was fine. BF liked it. The fries were shoe string, very yummy! The hotdog! Why was my bun soggy and the relish hid the dog. Other than that, it was an alright experience. But the price- CANNOT BEAT IT“

“In the area and I needed something to eat. So I stopped in Andy's, got the grilled chicken sandwich and French fries. Sandwich was delicious, perfectly cooked, and the fries were the skinny shoestring ones, my favorite!

“I visited Fitchy's Home of the Hogie yesterday. I purchased the impossible Hogie and fries. The food was absolutely delicious. Much shorter wait time and travel time then going to the Home Of the Hogie in Chicago.“

No other place like this place down here in Dolton or near NWI makes it like this place!
I hate hotdogs but beef polish is a different story!
100% Recommend.

4-6 pm beef polish is cheaper.
Also for every order you get free FRIES.
Also if the white polish guys are there they definitely taste much better and I could tell because I’ve been here so many times. When I’m in Chicago I go to Jim’s Original. When I’m down here I only go to JJ Sausage.“

“Hands down this is the place to be, my husband works late and we have one car Mr AJ which is really cool guy I said since my husband gets off at 9:30 and he's going to be at 111th and Harlem they will wait the extra 10 minutes for my husband to get there like who does that nowadays I'll tell you who Mr AJ at Joey's Red Hots in Orland Hills fantastic like Portillo's is overrated and expensive go to Joey's Portillo's used to have an awesome combo sandwich now you can't even find the sausage Joey's takes care of you amazing simply amazing great customer service“

“The atmosphere in this bar is a very nice place with live music ,I went last Saturday to get some drinks and appetizers, and the voice of the singer was brilliant. 👏
There is also a pool table in the back for the pool lovers and slot machine to have fun as well.

“I'm from Atlanta but I've made this place here A MUST STOP whenever I come thru here. They have some of the BEST gd Lemon Pepper Wings you can taste!! I haven't had a chance to try anything else bc I'm loyal to their Wings. The Italian Beef was on Point,too ! “I came in today and Solomon was the only employee working today. Even with a store full of customers and online orders, waiting to be fulfilled, he went above and beyond in his duties to take orders and prepare food in a timely order. Working in food service is hard enough and this wonderful employee took the challenges in stride and with a smile on his face. Give that man a raise!“

“For a while tinley park portillos was the place to go, I would say if your going in the day time. Me and my wife went there with my daughter and sister in law snd usually the food is great, but this time it was terrible service and the food was absolutely terrible. We watched about 15 customers get there food before us and when we went to ask about how long it would be, the woman behind the counter was very rude and when we actually got our food everything was so sloppy pit together and just not cared about at all. Now I get it during rushes it can be rough, but they did not care at all about first in first out or the quality of food being served. I personally would rather go to the portillos in crestwood.“

“So let’s get straight to business:
The food—wonderful. I work nearby and it’s enthralling this place is within walking distance to pick up one their savory hotdogs or fist-full burgers.
It’s clean.
It’s efficient.
It’s delicious.
Most notably the burgers are my personal favorite because of the smoke flavor I’m very bite—10/10–would recommend.
And the customer service is kind and friendly. They offer any deals if you’d want any and they make nothing a hassle. It’s all straightforward and it makes sense.
Come down here if you’re looking for simplicity and eat like you’ve never had food before!“
