Saturday evening, July 1, approximately 7:45...witnessed a nasty exchange between an older man and what turned out to be the manager (?) The manager talked down and berated customer when he wanted to state a complaint: talked over him, accused him of yelling ( he wasn't) & swearing (nope) with a very condescending attitude. We just left, service was that slow. The dining area was dirty, too, just not up to Portillos standards. We won't be back.
