“Saturday evening, July 1, approximately 7:45...witnessed a nasty exchange between an older man and what turned out to be the manager (?) The manager talked down and berated customer when he wanted to state a complaint: talked over him, accused him of yelling ( he wasn't) & swearing (nope) with a very condescending attitude. We just left, service was that slow. The dining area was dirty, too, just not up to Portillos standards. We won't be back.“

“Food was cooked perfectly. No straw or spoon or napkins given, no way to eat the frosty. Sandwiches were thrown in bag lettuce everywhere. Try smiling a little more but food was good. Used to be 5 stars amazing service maybe new management took over or a whole new staff. The cook deserves a raise because the food cooked perfectly is the only reason giving 4 stars, but not sure what happened with this location overall.

Parking: Hard to get in and out due to cicero traffic. Always seem to be an accident there.“

“I hadn’t been to an Applebee’s in about 7 years, but I went to lunch with my dad today and had such a great experience. Our server, Bri B, was an amazing multitasker and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. I live in Chicago, but if I go back to an Applebee’s again, it will definitely be this location fingers crossed that Bri is here! Highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Although I hear they have good smashburgers had a taste for wings. It's rare to find places that will give you the whole wing. Only downside, I wish they were a little bigger and on the online menu it pictured it came with coleslaw. It did come with fries that were nice and crispy. Overall, the meal was good and hot by the time I made it back home.“
