I have been going there for 25yrs + ... there is ONE NEW YOUNG LADY THAT IS VERY MESSY TAKING ORDERS!!!!
BAD FOR THE BUISNESS!!! W/OUT HERE THEY ARE PERFECIONIST!!!!!

“Amazing customer service from Julia, who is always walking around to see how customers are doing. Chicken sandwich with cheese was fresh and crispy. Sometimes chic fil a sandwiches are mushy for some reason but not here. The place is amazingly clean and nice to dine in. Real flowers at every table is a nice touch as well.“

“Good job, the staff at this place. That works the window and the front counter are outstanding, friendly and good service.

Parking: The parking lot is not large, but more than enough for a quick Dine in. Or take out.

Wheelchair accessibility: As always spots at the front door.“

“I really like this place and wish there were more locations to visit!! Yesterday I got the Nashville Hot Burrito (my favorite) and the Chiwawa (huge rice balls with your choice of protein and all the fillings like cheese, onion/vegetables, sauces etc....an explosion of your favorite flavors). My friends got the three taco dinners. I'll be munching on my leftovers today and will be back at Bubbakoos as soon as I am in the Crestwood area again. Give them a try...you won't be disappointed!“

“I just purchased ice cream for my family from the drive through. I know they close in 1 hour. EVERY SINGLE staff member who helped me was amazing, polite, helpful, and smiling! The customer service is fantastic!! Keep it up Culver’s in Crestwood. I appreciate the wonderful service!!“

“Awesome Taco Bell! The way it should be! Awesome food prepared right ! Courteous, Friendly staff! Fast Service! Your food is placed nicely in bags not smashed or broken. It’s done with care ! Clean dining room and restrooms! This place is run right! All Taco Bell’s used to be like this one. This is the BEST ?“

“Saturday evening, July 1, approximately 7:45...witnessed a nasty exchange between an older man and what turned out to be the manager (?) The manager talked down and berated customer when he wanted to state a complaint: talked over him, accused him of yelling ( he wasn't) & swearing (nope) with a very condescending attitude. We just left, service was that slow. The dining area was dirty, too, just not up to Portillos standards. We won't be back.“

“Food was cooked perfectly. No straw or spoon or napkins given, no way to eat the frosty. Sandwiches were thrown in bag lettuce everywhere. Try smiling a little more but food was good. Used to be 5 stars amazing service maybe new management took over or a whole new staff. The cook deserves a raise because the food cooked perfectly is the only reason giving 4 stars, but not sure what happened with this location overall.

Parking: Hard to get in and out due to cicero traffic. Always seem to be an accident there.“
