“This is our favorite place to go whenever we're craving burritos. The Mexican food is consistently excellent, with fresh ingredients, generous portions, and authentic flavors that keep us coming back. It's easily some of the best Mexican food in the area.

The restaurant is usually busy, which speaks to its popularity, but we were seated right away during our visit. Our server greeted us promptly and brought chips and water almost immediately, making us feel welcome from the start. The friendly service, delicious food, and efficient staff make this a standout restaurant that I highly recommend.“

“I love this place they always bring the food out really fast, every time Im here the service is quick. Today I’m a little disappointed bc this older waiter possibly manger ( not sure) she always looks well put together, however I ordered a grilled chicken nacho (my 1st time ordering this from this restaurant) anyways when I get my nacho I had like a half scoop of guacamole which came with the nacho. I asked her was this all that they gave for this big plate of nachos, she looks at me & says yes. ( ridiculous right ) the nacho was $18 then I asked for no beans I get to the bottom & GUESS what? Beans ! She’s not the friendliest either, polite & respectful but her demeanor is a little off. Other than them being overly stingy with the guac & not listening to me asking for “ no beans “ it wasn’t bad at all.“

“The absolute BEST taco bell i have ever been to, and I went on a cross country trip and as someone that is very selective with my food, all I ate was black bean tacos from around the nation lol. Anyway, this one was so amazing I cant say enough good things about the experience!“

“This location is always great. The food is always fresh, the portions are amazing, and the staff is friendly every time I come in. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. Everything tastes fresh and the team is welcoming and efficient. Easily the best Chipotle in Illinois!“

“My husband and I went for dinner in restaurant and really enjoyed the atmosphere. The food was fresh and delicious, and the best part was that the chef Sergio sent us a dessert he had created that day. La comida está deliciosa,fresca los tacos al pastor muy deliciosos el chef Sergio en el menú tiene tacos al la portabella deli deli 10 d 10 , el postre de pistacho 10 el servicio excelente muy a tencion d 10 . “Estimados encargados de El Solazo: Espero este mensaje les encuentre bien. Me dirijo a ustedes como un cliente frecuente y admirador de su restaurante, en el cual siempre disfruto de una comida deliciosa y un servicio excepcional. Sin embargo, en mi última visita, experimenté una situación que considero importante señalar para su atención y mejora. El día de hoy, martes 26 de noviembre, llegué a cenar a las 8:45 pm confiando en la información publicada en sus redes sociales, donde claramente se especifica que el horario de cierre es a las 11:00 pm. No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. Agradezco de antemano su atención a esta situación y espero que se tomen las medidas necesarias para garantizar que su excelente servicio sea consistente en todos los aspectos. “Yesterday was my first time visiting this location, and overall I had a really good experience 😊 The food was super delicious and full of flavor, and the portions were very generous - definitely more than enough to feel satisfied 🍽️👌 I’ll absolutely be coming back again!

One small thing that could be improved is clearer signage. There wasn’t anything indicating that you can seat yourself, so I assumed I needed to order at the counter and wait for a number 🤔 Turns out I was completely wrong, and for a moment I thought I was about to get scolded 😅 The lady at the counter helped fix my order and guided me, and then I was able to sit down.

Aside from that little confusion, everything else was great, and I still really enjoyed my visit 🙌✨“

“Enrique is a great waiter. He knew the menu and had great suggestions for appetizers, entrées, and beverages. He worked the room ensuring that all of his tables received the appropriate attention and service. The food was delicious and I will definitely return soon.“
