He jokes with me as he knows what I like, but more importantly, he was genuinely concerned that I was ok because he hadn't seen me in some time. I always get 2 shack burgers, and a drink. He calls me tht best dressed man in the place as I still get dressed in a suit everyday to go into the office. Great sense of humor.“

“Stopped by Taco Bell and had a bit of a mix-up with my order—some items were missing. I called the store and spoke with Christie, and she handled everything quickly and professionally. No hassle, no attitude—just got it fixed the way you’d hope.

When I went back, they not only corrected the order but also threw in some cinnamon bites for the inconvenience, which was a nice touch. The place was pretty busy, so I’m assuming it was just one of those rough nights.

Mistakes happen anywhere, but it’s how a place handles it that matters—and they made it right efficiently and respectfully. I’d come back.“
