He jokes with me as he knows what I like, but more importantly, he was genuinely concerned that I was ok because he hadn't seen me in some time. I always get 2 shack burgers, and a drink. He calls me tht best dressed man in the place as I still get dressed in a suit everyday to go into the office. Great sense of humor.“

“My charbroiled chicken sandwich was good. However, they slathered my sandwich in mayo! It was so much that my husband had to wipe off the mayo! This is my first time eating here in almost 6 years and I probably won’t be back for another 6 years.“

“Stopped by Taco Bell and had a bit of a mix-up with my order—some items were missing. I called the store and spoke with Christie, and she handled everything quickly and professionally. No hassle, no attitude—just got it fixed the way you’d hope.

When I went back, they not only corrected the order but also threw in some cinnamon bites for the inconvenience, which was a nice touch. The place was pretty busy, so I’m assuming it was just one of those rough nights.

Mistakes happen anywhere, but it’s how a place handles it that matters—and they made it right efficiently and respectfully. I’d come back.“
