“Did a mobile order but planned on eating it there. They did make my sandwich wrong but were quick to make it correctly and it was a fresh burger. I've been to this one a number of times and this is the first time my order was wrong. It wasn't a big deal and I will be back.“

Firstly the service is fantastic, I order once a week off the app as a weekly tradition, The staff is fantastic and when I mean fantastic i mean that they are always looking out for their customers. The other day as I was sitting in the drive thru my car battery decided to stop working. Then he appeared into the speaker, the myth,the legend, my absolute hero Julian. Julian not only made my order fresh and quick he even offered me to push my car into a parking spot and even offered to give me his car to get back home. What a guy! I believe he represents the core values of Taco Bell at its highest standard. This place is the greatest restaurant on this side of the Mississippi. 10/5 stars would absolutely recommend to anyone over the age of 7“
“This location is really nice and clean. The customer service is wonderful and the food is hot. I've been to other Burger Kings and the food is never hot so I was pleasantly surprised when my food was actually hot. The wait for the food was a little long but it was worth it to get hot fresh food. I wish this location had the different flavored drink dispenser. That along with that hot food would be love!!! We had The King Fiery Nuggets, the Texas Double Whopper and the Italian Royal Crispy Chicken. The sauce on the fiery nuggets is slightly sweet BUT it tastes good. The Texas Double Whopper is huge and worth the price. The Italian Royal Crispy Chicken had that crunch you were looking for. This is my new Burger King!!!!!“
“I have lived away from the Chicago area for 26 years. So whenever I am back I must indulge in a great Italian beef sandwich. I was staying near Midway so I decided to give Tony's a try. They did not disappoint. I phone ordered the "big beef" with hot peppers and provolone medium wet to go. They told me about ten minutes. I got there about 30 minutes later expecting to quickly pay pickup and be on my way but had to wait about 5 minutes or so. But I realized this was a good thing as they meticulously assembled the order with the peppers and oil in a separate container which otherwise would have made the sandwich a soggy mess by the time I got back to the hotel. The beef was perfectly moist and seasoned and the sandwich was huge. I only planned to eat one half but could not stop. The staff was super friendly. It is pretty much a take out spot with a small counter eat in area and a small off the street parking area in the back. I highly recommend Tony's for any connoisseurs of the Chicago style Italian beef sandwich.“
