“Had a great experience at Subway in Hickory Hills! Jay went above and beyond to take care of us. The food was fresh, well-made, and you could tell quality was a priority. I was there with my kids, and he even gave them a cookie on the house — such a kind gesture.

Jay was very friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The restaurant itself was spotless — clean, neat, and no unpleasant smells at all.

“I saw the Choula and Lime ad on social media and came into to have a Philly cheesesteak with that flavoring. Jack who was working during the freezing weather conditions let me know it was only used for a wings rub but said he could try to make it as a cheese steak by mixing butter instead! He was very friendly and accommodating, willing to go above and beyond to help me. They were also closing soon and I was going to take my meal to go but he insisted that my partner and i dined in so the food stayed warm. Absolutely made my night because I got exactly what I wanted and it was a delicious cheesesteak!“

“The staff at the Homer Glen Jersey Mike's is fantastic! They are always friendly and helpful. They are as fast as they can be. Their business model does mean the food takes a little longer than say, subway, but it is definitely worth the extra 1-2 minutes.“

“To be fair, it was about an hour before closing time. However, the older lady was very sweet and made our food very well and it was delicious. Her coworker on the other hand didn't seem to friendly. We wanted to add to our order and she couldn't even be bothered to stop sweeping to come and complete the transaction until the older lady had already finished making the 1st part of the order. I have worked in hospitality all my life. I know how she felt but if she want customers to return and ensure job security for her, she should be a little more friendly and willing to assist.“

“Small ma and pa shop. Would love to give them 5stars have been coming here for years. They offer great classics and good food. However, I placed an order today and well it was disappointing. I order a total of two sandwiches somehow that turned into three. Mexican sandwich de asada delicious. Pier sandwich delicious and now an extra Mexican. Fine whatever I already paid. Then my Mexican sandwich is SUPPOSED to come with salsa… look in my bad no SALSA. No se si necesito ordinar en español o que pero el servicio no estaba a 100%. You can enjoy Chicago classics and twist here just double check your order.“

The blonde tall guy with blue eyes who works the front counter has always been hella nice to me ever since i first stepped foot in there, and he's not too bad on the eyes as well, which is a plus ;) I wouldnt mind taking him for a ride on my Ninja 400 some time and maybe taking a trip to another Jimmy Johns store for food! She apologized profusely and had them remake me a sandwich. It was literally the most minor inconvenience in the world that cost me a whopping 2 minutes of added wait time, but they still snuck a free chocolate chip cookie in my bag. Completely unnecessary but much appreciated! Yay for people who actually care about their customers (even though, again, in this case, it barely even qualified as an inconvenience to me, lol). “I order the largest Philly cheese steak with everything on it. My opinion of it was a solid 4.0/5, the meat lacked flavor imo, peppers weren't cooked long enough. However the sandwich overall was pretty tasty, far from the best, but for a nice change from the normal fast foods it hit nicely. Can't really judge anything else but the food since it's inside of Walmart. Employees were fine, and was quite clean. I'd recommend at least giving it a try if your already in Walmart, but probably not worth going into Walmart just for this food.“
