Potbelly is a popular restaurant known for its delicious sandwiches and friendly staff. Customers enjoy the Mediterranean sandwich on multigrain bread and the vegetable soup, which is full of vegetables and well-seasoned, often served with tasty crackers. The chicken salad is also liked, though some feel it could have more chicken. The staff are highly praised for their great service, with many mentioning the pleasant and helpful employees who make the experience quick and enjoyable. The sandwich makers, including Gil, Mitchell, and Miklya, are especially appreciated for their skill. Despite occasional busy times, the staff handle the rush well, though a few moments of chaos happen, like a staff member yelling at customers. Customers also appreciate the staff's care, as shown when a sandwich was remade after a small mistake, and a free cookie was given as a nice gesture. Overall, Potbelly offers tasty food with attentive service in a welcoming atmosphere.
