“A small celebration was planned at Giordano's in Willowbrook for my nieces' Baptisms. My Hubby and I walked in early with balloons and flowers, two hours early, in fact. Yet this did not faze anyone there. They could not have been nicer. "You're a little early..." "We came to decorate." Stephanie showed us to a sunny corner of the restaurant, all set up for the expected 20 guests. She offered us an ice-cold beverage. Several hours later, the party was in full swing, with a wide variety of fantastic pizza spread out among the many tables. It was served after a delicious and very fresh Caesar salad. Yum! All of our many favorite flavors/crusts were represented, which kept Stephanie busy serving the tables. The pizzas were hot with crispy crusts. The mostaccioli had stretchy cheese with an almost creamy texture. It had a little kick, too. Fabulous! A dessert table followed the pizza, which was just right. We never felt rushed, and so stayed to visit a while longer. This Willowbrook Giordano's was super clean with a cheerful, efficient staff. Thank you, Stephanie and Manager Patrick. We will return!“

“We were way too hungry to remember taking pictures, which honestly says a lot about the food. Everything came out fresh, tasty, and surprisingly quick, so we were digging in almost immediately. The staff were some of the nicest I’ve come across too, friendly without making the service feel slow or forced. Definitely a place I’d happily come back to when I’m looking for something good and fast.“

“Burger was overcooked, edges were burnt/crunchy. Also the guy putting the side of hot peppers dropped them on the floor. Walked back to the beef table and pretended to replace. Dropped the same container in the bag, while looking at me. Been eating at Portillo's for 50 yrs... food's still very good but the service has declined noticeable over the last few years.“

“Yummy food....warm and cozy ciabetta dippers are back. Love the soup and 1/2 sandwich deal. My only complaint was when the iced tea was filled, some tea went on the lid and when I went to drink it, it dripped on my shirt. Ah well...should have looked. Everything else was perfect. Can't beat the chicken soup on a cold Chicago winter day.“

“After a week of travel for this Mom, the last thing I wanted to do was to make dinner. This isn't the first time we've been to Glen Prairie and I knew it was just the place I wanted to go. The atmosphere is warm, but quiet. Perfect for a good family catchup. The food is comforting without being too heavy and the wine, beer and cocktail selection is the perfect pairing. We've had the pleasure of being served by Anna a few times now and she does a great job. She is attentive and watchful, without being overbearing which is a difficult skill to master for a lot of servers. Aside from that, I love that it is a safe place for folks with food allergies and I feel very well taken care of in respect to that issue. I can tell that everyone from the hosts to the servers to the bartenders to the kitchen staff are very well trained in creating a safe and welcoming experience for each guest. Glen Prairie is quickly becoming one of our go to family favorite restaurants and we will definitely be back!“

“I ran into the Giordano’s off Lake St and Michigan Ave tonight just to get quarters for parking (unfortunately we had already eaten somewhere else). I gotta say that the staff was SO NICE and so kind about it that next time I’m over that way I will be eating there just because of the interactions I had tonight with a few staff members. As a non-customer tonight they didn’t have to help me out but they did and did it happily and were all super friendly. Even the manager (who was absolutely adorable) helped out by getting out a roll of quarters so that I had enough for the parking machine/box. Thank you all for the help tonight. I really did appreciate it!“

“I was on a soft diet for that diet and I thought of Olive Garden. I place a take out order because i had just left the hospital. I got there they was closed. I was willing to wait and i am glad i did. The food was great, Customer service meet my expectation. Branden was very friendly and professional. He is an asset to the company. “I was in the neighborhood, so thought I would try Happy Bites and am so glad I did! on Wednesday I had the chicken sandwich special for 6.99. ( Sandwich, fries, and drink) Delicious chicken with toppings and lots of mayo on a stand up bun. I don't like them to fall apart. I don't usually eat fries, but these slightly seasoned, yet not salty, crispy hot fries were great! I ordered a side of sweet potato tots and they were equally delicious. I will return! “Loved Lima Fresca! We went on a Fri early eve and we’re able to get a table by the outside. The hostess was extremely nice and cheerful. Food was excellent and very reasonable! We had the chicken tinga quesadilla and some tacos, lots of quality meat in the menu items. Margaritas are small for the price. We are definitely going back soon!!!“

“I've ordered delivery from the Oak Brook twice now and both times they were amazingly Delicious. I went to the Oak Lawn location and it wasn't near as good. I didn't enjoy it. Even though I ordered the same thing in both locations. The oak Brook will be my go to from now on for soup.“

Today I got the steak fajita and chips and Salsa through grub hub (.I live very close) The portion size of the fajita was very small for the price like the smallest portion i've ever seen for a fajita. It was also very chewy and not flavorful at all. And surprisingly the chips were stale. I typically wouldn't even waste my time on a review but this was pretty bad.“
