“No doubt the pizza’s are amazing but once we bring them home they do not taste good as we dine in at eat. Also, not only me but alot of people have noticed how rude the guy is who picks up the call. I am giving my order over the phone and he rushes me because he has someone coming in his restaurant. Next , I ask him couple of questions which he shows so much attitude. Third , I hate dining in this place . The guy keeps checking to see if we didn’t make the tables or floor messy. No kind of professionalism. We do not eat free . We pay for the pizza’s he should not show this type of etiquette“

“A small celebration was planned at Giordano's in Willowbrook for my nieces' Baptisms. My Hubby and I walked in early with balloons and flowers, two hours early, in fact. Yet this did not faze anyone there. They could not have been nicer. "You're a little early..." "We came to decorate." Stephanie showed us to a sunny corner of the restaurant, all set up for the expected 20 guests. She offered us an ice-cold beverage. Several hours later, the party was in full swing, with a wide variety of fantastic pizza spread out among the many tables. It was served after a delicious and very fresh Caesar salad. Yum! All of our many favorite flavors/crusts were represented, which kept Stephanie busy serving the tables. The pizzas were hot with crispy crusts. The mostaccioli had stretchy cheese with an almost creamy texture. It had a little kick, too. Fabulous! A dessert table followed the pizza, which was just right. We never felt rushed, and so stayed to visit a while longer. This Willowbrook Giordano's was super clean with a cheerful, efficient staff. Thank you, Stephanie and Manager Patrick. We will return!“

From the employee who took my order (who was highly informative and friendly) to my pickup, I was very impressed! The owner told me about their charcuterie boards and was very passionate. She went out of her way to get my son, who was anxious to leave, gelato—very thoughtful and tasty too! My salad was delicious, and the pizza was amazing. Fantastic food, everything is always fresh and delicious. Highly recommended to check it out if you never tried Balkan/Serbian style breakfast before.
Staff is very kind and welcoming. They adore my dog and I always bring her with me when we sit outside on the patio, and they always have some snacks ready.
My favorite dish is Burek with meat, and pastry with bbq sausage.“

It's still an amazing pizza and the (owner?) who I've interacted with a couple times recently has been incredibly inviting when you enter his business, super friendly. That's great but like I said, the pizza is outstanding! I love supporting the small guy. If you haven't given them a try, do it. You won't be disappointed! If I still lived in Orland Park this would be my go to every time! Plus I got to catch the Bears interception play on their TV today when I was grabbing my pizza. 🐻 ⬇️“

This will now be a mandatory stop each time I visit Chicago, and the free parking garage with ample space virtually next door makes this an easy choice. “Food and service fantastic. They were running behind with reservations but they comped us drinks an an appetizer...which is pretty unheard of these days. Rachel, our server, was phenomenal, I liked her so much I even asked her to help me "customize" my pasta dish, which she happily did (and it turned out great! The lobster diavolo but with vodka sauce...keeping the spice level.) Caesar salad good but not traditional...and missing anchovies (I know, I'm weird. Very fresh ingredients though.) We were a party of 6 and everyone loved their food. Reasonable prices too. Will definitely be back! Only wish it weren't so cramped inside.“
