Absolutely delicious! The deep-dish pizza was fantastic—we especially loved the red sauce. And whatever you do, save room for dessert. The tiramisu is out of this world! We will definitely be back!
I was lucky to stumble into a Quad Edge Pizza yesterday. Whoever owns this sole location, the guy (or girl) knows what they are doing. This pizza is addicting. It is clear that the owner is very involved in the business and the craft of pizza making.

The pizza from here is phenomenal. I'd been looking for a Detroit style pizza place near me and found them. Place is small but the service is great and the pizza is even better.

Quad Edge Pizza is a restaurant that serves delicious deep-dish pizza with fantastic red sauce. The tiramisu is out of this world, and guests should save room for dessert. The owner is very involved in the business and the craft of pizza making, and the pizza is addicting. The crust is the star: tall, golden, and perfectly aerated, with a signature contrast of crisp edges and a soft, almost buttery interior. The caramelized cheese crown around the perimeter delivers an addictive crunch and chew. The sauce is ladled on with confidence and is bright, balanced, and layered with enough depth to stand up to the richness of the dough. The place is genuinely proud of what it serves, with obvious attention to detail. A build your own pizza and a plain cheese pizza are awesome, with great crust and lots of cheese, and the additional sauce on top is loved. The Cheesy Beef is the best combo of Detroit and Chicago styles, with great use of Italian Beef and Giardiniera on a Detroit-style Caramelized Cheese edged pizza. The buffalo and cheesy beef special pizzas are worth trying. The restaurant is very clean and cute inside, the place is small but the service is great, and the pizza is phenomenal.
