From the employee who took my order (who was highly informative and friendly) to my pickup, I was very impressed! The owner told me about their charcuterie boards and was very passionate. She went out of her way to get my son, who was anxious to leave, gelato—very thoughtful and tasty too! My salad was delicious, and the pizza was amazing. “I ran into the Giordano’s off Lake St and Michigan Ave tonight just to get quarters for parking (unfortunately we had already eaten somewhere else). I gotta say that the staff was SO NICE and so kind about it that next time I’m over that way I will be eating there just because of the interactions I had tonight with a few staff members. As a non-customer tonight they didn’t have to help me out but they did and did it happily and were all super friendly. Even the manager (who was absolutely adorable) helped out by getting out a roll of quarters so that I had enough for the parking machine/box. Thank you all for the help tonight. “No doubt the pizza’s are amazing but once we bring them home they do not taste good as we dine in at eat. Also, not only me but alot of people have noticed how rude the guy is who picks up the call. I am giving my order over the phone and he rushes me because he has someone coming in his restaurant. Next , I ask him couple of questions which he shows so much attitude. Third , I hate dining in this place . The guy keeps checking to see if we didn’t make the tables or floor messy. No kind of professionalism. We do not eat free . We pay for the pizza’s he should not show this type of etiquette“
