I can't eat pizza anymore because I can't eat the crust. When I saw that they have Cauliflower crust I was hesitant. I tried it and loved it!!
Set up like MOD pizza. They put the dough in a pan & you move down the line picking the sauce:toppings you want. I needed gluten free. The dough was in a separate container & the employee changed gloves.
However- the employee who pulls the pizza out of the oven is someone else- so be sure to tell them to use a clean pizza board & cutter when they pull the pizza out & cut it.
