“I am giving them a 1 star rating for many reason. I went here for the first time last night to celebrate my 11 year anniversary. We called 2 weeks prior to set up reservations. We got to the restaurant 20 mins before our time. Got in 10 mins after our reservation time and got a table literally right in front of the kitchen. I can’t tell u how many time my chair got hit by people walking by people who worked their people just walking. At one point I kept trying to flag down any waiter so we could get our check and go. For how much I spent I was expecting something completely different and not so cluttered they have way to many tables to close together there is no walking room. If u have a wheelchair forget about coming to this restaurant. The food was decent for the price I paid although I didn’t want to complain cause it took 40 mins just to get our food in the first place. My steak was over cooked. U would think it with it being a steak house they know how to cook it“

The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and every dish exceeded expectations. The drinks were expertly crafted, and the service was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable without being overbearing. It's clear the staff takes pride in creating a great dining experience. Whether you're stopping in for dinner, drinks, or a special occasion, this is definitely a place worth visiting. “This is absolutely a one of a kind experience! My mother and I did the “Decadent Omakase” as it was our first visit. Lee, our waiter was amazing. All of the staff that helped us were so informative and kind! The flavor in each selection was beyond this world. It was pricey but worth every single penny. I have never had a better experience in my life. The Omakase was EIGHT COURSES. Every one being perfectly curated. I cannot wait to go back.“

“I love going here!! Any time I am in the Chicago area, I find Egg Harbor. They are accommodating with large groups, service is great, and best part is the ability to order a wonderful, filling gluten free breakfast! Never had an issue with finding something to eat or it not tasty. Highly recommend stopping by.“

“I always liked this place but when we went there for dinner on NYE I was blown away by the atmosphere and the food! We started with the queso dip which was amazing. My partner had the prime rib which is melt in your mouth delicious and I got the seared Ahi Tuma. I will totally go back and get the Tuna again, it was so good I don’t really have words to describe it. It is a bit pricey but the bill is totally justified due to the quality of their food and the atmosphere. So if you go there you have to get the queso dip appetizer and the Ahi tuna. You will not be disappointed“

“Breakfast restaurant at the top of Le Meridien. I would highly suggest the Eggs Benedict and did watch a guy a table over annihilate the Waffles. He said he loved them. The coffee is done European style using illy brand, so it will not be sweet.“

“Beautiful interior, great for a special occasion and taking pictures! Didn’t know what to expect food wise but everything I had was delicious (salmon, lobster roles, shrimp, fries). Of course a bit pricey since it is a fancy restaurant. Definitely reserve ahead of time, weekend reservations get booked quick.
My one thing is the staff was not considerate. For one, the waitress was taking away our plates of food before we were even finished without asking (if I’m paying so much for food I’m going to eat all of it..). Also, it’s such a beautiful place, so my friend and I were taking photos at the front, and one of the staff members told us they don’t allow flash photos, which I thought was a little weird considering a lot of people go there mainly for pictures, but what really annoyed me was upon leaving I saw other girls taking flash photos, and no one said anything to them.
Also, I brought a very small cake for my friend to cut. The staff asked if they wanted us to have them cut it, but they charge a $25 fee, so I kindly declined. They still offered to refrigerate the cake and bring it out, but when they brought it out they took away all our plates and cutlery and didn’t bring new ones… they asked again if we wanted them to cut it for the fee, I said I can cut it myself since it was a bento cake, they refused to give me a knife. I even asked for a butter knife or a fork even, they said they would have to charge me, so I just took my cake back home. Don’t understand why they couldn’t just give me a fork, the cake was literally 2 servings, could have been eaten with a fork. I’ve been to other nice restaurants and brought my own small cake and the staff has given me plates and forks without me even asking.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with how the staff was treating my friend and I. Makes me hesitant to go back.
Perhaps I would go here again for the food and ambiance but definitely not for the service. If I’m going to such a nice resturaunt I expect the staff to be considerate.“

“I live not far from this mall, and I love this place. I’ve been there so many times. My aunt introduced to me to this mall, I love it’s a big 2 level mall. So many stores there. I took my partner for his first time. I’ll come there every summer especially when the weather will be nice. I love they a lot of good stores, AMC, food court, and other restaurants. I love vibe and environment of the outdoor mall.“

“Hubby and I went to dinner at Seasons 52 on Saturday, which we haven’t been to in a long time. I forgot how much I enjoy this restaurant. We sat in the bar and had a great server named Shawn. Shawn was engaging and provided great service. I’ll definitely request him next time I visit. I wasn’t drinking that night, but hubby solo’d it with a bourbon cocktail called a Paper Plane. He said it was very tasty, especially on the hot day.
We shared the ahi tuna tartare to start. The tartare was a stack of tuna with tropical salsa and avocado. So fresh. It came with a basket of crispy lavish bread, I hope when the restaurant switches their recipe that they will continue making a seedless lavish for those who can’t do nuts or seeds.
Hubby had the wood grilled tenderloin salad for dinner. I had to get a taste of that tenderloin because it was cooked perfectly. It was so tasty and seasoned well. I had the wood grilled Idaho rainbow trout, swapping out the asparagus for carrots. The trout came with a dill mustard sauce which I nixed and just squeezed fresh lemon on the fish. The fish was moist and smoky.
Of course, we had to get the little dessert shooters to end the meal. Hubby had the Belgian chocolate s’mores, which was ridiculously decadent. I had the more conservative raspberry cannoli dessert. These tiny sweet treats are delicious mini indulgences. I love them because you want something a little sweet at the end of a meal but don’t want a huge dessert. I think they’re perfect.
I like Seasons 52 because every item on the menu has the calories listed. Their food is always very good and the service is top-notch. When I ordered the tuna appetizer, a manager came over right away and asked me about a seed allergy because they noticed I said no nuts and seeds on my reservation. They really pay attention to their customers needs. I highly recommend Seasons 52.
Ask for Shawn!“
