“I had the nicest waitress I ever had and forgot to ask her name, but she was amazing she was mature with redish hair , and I had the best deep-fried hash browns ever, thanks to her, the foods she recommended was great , can't wait to return, and see her , I do recommend this honey jam “

“Kasper and colleagues were a delight in the lounge area! They attended to us in a timely manner while still allowing us to enjoy our time there. Delicious coffee crusted steak, although my filet was slightly in the salty side, refreshing pineapple mojito and berry Moscow mule, loved the pear pecan salad and lobster bisque was very good. Unfortunately the kitchen messed up my food(chicken instead of shrimp in pasta), Jermey let me keep the food, sent me a complete new order of my correct meal & a dessert on the house. “Service was impeccable; the server Robert and his assistant were at the top of their games, very attentive and friendly. Food was extremely good, though two steaks were cooked more than ordered. One diner had hers replaced with a properly cooked one, and Gibson's deducted the cost from the bill, which I had not requested or expected. So that was a great surprise and good public relations. For the 6 of us (including a 3 yo who doesn't drink ;-) our bill including tips was nearly $800. So not a place for anyone who isn't prepared to spend. We were luckily tucked into a corner table on a veranda. But the main dining room four-tops were crammed together, literally elbow-to-elbow on a mid-afternoon Sunday, and the bar was nearly standing room only. So if you don't like close quarters, ask for the veranda tables.“

The million dollar bacon and bacodo omelette are two of my favorite. The shrimp and grits was a seasonal dish that I tried recently, and it was really good!“

“Fresh tasting food, chill music and ambiance, clean restaurant and they always have my order ready by the time I get there when I order in the app or a very short wait for in person orders. The staff and managers are always so pleasant, welcoming and personable, too!“

“Somewhat quiet place to get a meal. Tried their shakshuka and was pleasantly surprised with how good it tasted. The staff were incredibly hospitable and were very helpful with answering questions. Their house made jam was also amazing and went really well with the English muffin.“

“This was our first time back at B. Restaurant at the Hilton Oak Brook Hills Resort since the pandemic. We went on a random Thursday night so there were not many people in the hotel or the restaurant. We grabbed a hightop near the bar as there were sports playing on the TVs. There were a couple of guys and a couple eating dinner at the bar, but it wasn't too loud at all. It took a little while to get service since there was only one bartender serving the bar area, but it was fine - just an observation. The bartender was super nice and accommodating. She's great! The entire menu has changed since our last visit. No more pot au feu. No more honey ricotta bread. No more mozzarella sticks. We really liked those from prior visits, but we ended up trying new items which were pretty good. And although the menu prices have gone up a bit from before, they were not astronomical, especially for hotel food. The best things on the new menu are the appetizers. We had the wings, the calamari, ahi tuna, french onion soup, and cream of asparagus. All were delicious. For entrees, I think my best advice is to skip the steak and short rib. Both were a bit tough and chewy. The scallops with risotto was really good. Mac and cheese was great if you like a more swiss cheese base (not so much cheddar). Truffle fries were outstanding. Desserts were a bit hit or miss. The chocolate cake was nice and rich. The kids sundae was good. The seasonal creme brulee was peppermint, but unfortunately the combination did not work well together, so this was a miss for us. Overall, I think this is a solid 4.5 star restaurant with the potential to be 5 star if they tweak some of their food offerings.“

“We were there on a Thursday for lunch and I ordered the nut crusted halibut. AWESOME we were given a dinner menu to look at if interested in a steak. Went back before leaving town it was that good and only given a dinner menu at 12:30 pm!!! What? Since I'd been a few days earlier I asked for the LUNCH menu. My entree was $10 less from lunch to dinner. Didn't think that was right ! The only disappointment. Hmmmm profit bonus. lol“

“We took our Grandson to Michael Jordan's restaurant in Oakbrook. He is a huge fan of Mr Jordan's, and is now a fan of the all star team at his restaurant!!! From the second we walked in, the Hostess Debbie took us around and gave us a tour of all the memorabilia, told stories of the Nike collection, showed us the actual basketball court flooring on the wall, explained all of the pictures that chronicles his fabulous career. Then our server Emma , was just outstanding!! She made our Grandson feel So Special!! She was personable and attentive and made his birthday the greatest ever. He absolutely loved it. Then the chef made an appearance at our table, took pictures with him and took him on a tour also!! Oh my, he was on cloud 9!! The food was great, the service was top notch, but the experience was out of this world. Can't say enough about the people that all gave him an All Star birthday experience. “First time at Pinstripes. Nice atmosphere, but can be noisy during brunch. Ended up going outside after it warmed up, and we could hear each other talk much better. The staff was great. We had Matthew, and he was very attentive, and friendly. All the wait staff seemed to be working as hard as humanly possible. The manager, Gerald, was a stitch; very friendly and talkative. A fun time with some old officemates.“

“Always a great experience here as I have stayed here many times the last two years. Service is great, breakfast and dinner are always made fresh to the order, it's great quality, unique, and nicely presented. The location is obviously convenient for the hotel guests and has a nice open view on the top floor. The bar also serves great selection of cocktails and beer. Really enjoy it.“

“Pie Five Pizza is a good casual fast food pizza place in the small food court in the Oak Brook mall. It's very similar to Blaze/Mod Pizza if you've ever had those restaurants- you customize your own personal size pizza with any toppings you want and they cook it in a pizza oven within 2 minutes and it's ready for you.They service was pretty quick with making the pizzas and there's a variety of toppings, but not nearly as much as Mod Pizza has. I'd recommend if you're feeling something quick in the mall food court.“
