In the 6 years I have been staying in this area for work trips, I think I have stayed at every hotel in a 3-4 mile radius of my work office. This one, I had not tried and figured I would despite the higher rates given the walking distance to restaurants and services and my not having a rental. This hotel is perfectly located roughly equidistant between O’Hare and Wrigley. Depending on the time and day, you can get a very reasonably-priced Uber ride to either location. It is also within walking distance of several great restaurants. Le Meridian is clean and modern, and in a very safe area. Our room on the second floor was also very clean and modern. Always a great experience here as I have stayed here many times the last two years. Service is great, breakfast and dinner are always made fresh to the order, it's great quality, unique, and nicely presented. The location is obviously convenient for the hotel guests and has a nice open view on the top floor. The bar also serves great selection of cocktails and beer. Really enjoy it.
