“The chili is good. Entered into a chili competition at work and really didnt feel like cooking. Purchased 4 quarts of chili and told my co-workers how I slaved over making this chili, putting just the right spices in to give it its unique taste. Everyone loved it! I lost 1st place by two points, probably because the judge can't add, but whatever. And yes, those are hotdogs in the picture. We made chili dogs. Their cream of chicken soup is good too.“

“My wife and I watched the bears vs packers game. Great atmosphere and fun time watching the game. However, BOTH bathrooms had issues and one urinal overflowed causing a mess. When the game was over and we left, we were blocked in by someone who made up a parking spot in the back of the lot. Multiple people made up spots all over the lot. When I addressed the issue with the front desk and spoke with the manager, they did nothing and said to call the police. It is not up to the customer to manage your property. I thought it was a joke of a response when a concern was raised.“

Today we stopped by with zero expectations and we were blown away with the amazing food that was served to us. We ordered from the lunch special, which was very reasonably priced and we were happy with our meals. The kabobs were well-cooked, the Samosa Chaat was immensely flavorful. This is now our favorite spot in terms of flavor per dollar and due to its vicinity in the Villa Park area. Just when we thought our taste buds had enough, the manager recommended we try the Falooda and it was super delicious. We couldn't be more pleased with our overall experience at Shahi Nihari & Chopsticks. Going forward we will be repeat customers and I highly recommend you try them out. Thank you!“
