“The chili is good. Entered into a chili competition at work and really didnt feel like cooking. Purchased 4 quarts of chili and told my co-workers how I slaved over making this chili, putting just the right spices in to give it its unique taste. Everyone loved it! I lost 1st place by two points, probably because the judge can't add, but whatever. And yes, those are hotdogs in the picture. We made chili dogs. Their cream of chicken soup is good too.“

“Really like the 3 course "Prix fix" even though there are some aditionalcharges for some elections. Valet parking was appreciated, Well decorated, good selection. One weak spot, and is common in many restraints, are the Hostesses. This is your first impression with any restaurant, yet they place little emesis on training the staff on proper customer service. Look at people when talking to them, not your computer. There should be better communication and interaction with the front desk. Otherwise, Service was excellent, Food was well prepared and presented, prices were fair.“

“When we arrived in Chicago, we decided to try the Lincoln location of Lou Malnati’s. Unfortunately, despite arriving 40 minutes before closing, we were told they would not seat us. I completely understand that deep-dish pizzas take longer to prepare and that ordering one so close to closing might not be possible. However, I was disappointed that we couldn’t be seated at all, especially since we were told we could still place an order for carryout.

Thankfully, we decided to give Lou Malnati’s another chance at the Schaumburg location, and I’m so glad we did! What a difference! The manager was incredibly friendly and welcoming, our waitress was attentive and genuinely kind, and the food was absolutely delicious!

The Schaumburg team completely turned our experience around. Their wonderful hospitality and excellent service reminded us why customer service matters so much. I’m glad we gave Lou Malnati’s a second chance, because this location absolutely delivered!“

“After passing this building several times, I finally gave Altamura Pizza a chance. What a gem! From the employee who took my order (who was highly informative and friendly) to my pickup, I was very impressed! The owner told me about their charcuterie boards and was very passionate. She went out of her way to get my son, who was anxious to leave, gelato—very thoughtful and tasty too! My salad was delicious, and the pizza was amazing. “Recently celebrated a 70th birthday with the D'Alexander family. What a great event. The staff could not have been nicer, and attentive. You only thought you might need something at the table and it would appear out of no where. The food was all home made and you could tell made from traditional old recipes and a lot of love thrown in. You feel like you are in a small cafe in Italy.
