“My first time trying Giuliano’s! I picked up a pizza last evening and literally could not stop eating it. This is arguably the BEST pizza in the entire Chicago suburbs. “We held a celebration of life for my brother here today. About 50 in attendance in the stylish, comfortable upstairs area. Despite the fact that I planned this from 400 miles away and without having ever seen the venue, it went off without a hitch due to Mr. David Candiotti and his staff. No surprises. Everything was as promised. The venue is extremely stylish and rustic. Food was delicious and plentiful as were the drinks. Service was fast, efficient and friendly thanks to Mona, Alberto and Olena. Rachel, our server, was phenomenal, I liked her so much I even asked her to help me "customize" my pasta dish, which she happily did (and it turned out great! The lobster diavolo but with vodka sauce...keeping the spice level.) Caesar salad good but not traditional...and missing anchovies (I know, I'm weird. Very fresh ingredients though.) We were a party of 6 and everyone loved their food. Reasonable prices too. Will definitely be back! Only wish it weren't so cramped inside.“

Second I decided to go due to the good food and definitely the customer service, again awesome. Third, I enjoyed my food as always with recommendations from the young lady ( forgot her name). All three times I was either on crutches or knee brace. They were so sweet they helped me with my food to car an even told me to pull up to place and they’ll have my order ready for me! They were very nice to help me and for that I’m grateful. They went above and beyond. They made sure I was taken care of. So I brought my daughter there and she agree with the great customer service. “Hubby and I went to dinner at Seasons 52 on Saturday, which we haven’t been to in a long time. I forgot how much I enjoy this restaurant. We sat in the bar and had a great server named Shawn. Shawn was engaging and provided great service. I’ll definitely request him next time I visit. I wasn’t drinking that night, but hubby solo’d it with a bourbon cocktail called a Paper Plane. He said it was very tasty, especially on the hot day.
We shared the ahi tuna tartare to start. The tartare was a stack of tuna with tropical salsa and avocado. So fresh. It came with a basket of crispy lavish bread, I hope when the restaurant switches their recipe that they will continue making a seedless lavish for those who can’t do nuts or seeds.
Hubby had the wood grilled tenderloin salad for dinner. I had to get a taste of that tenderloin because it was cooked perfectly. It was so tasty and seasoned well. I had the wood grilled Idaho rainbow trout, swapping out the asparagus for carrots. The trout came with a dill mustard sauce which I nixed and just squeezed fresh lemon on the fish. The fish was moist and smoky.
Of course, we had to get the little dessert shooters to end the meal. Hubby had the Belgian chocolate s’mores, which was ridiculously decadent. I had the more conservative raspberry cannoli dessert. These tiny sweet treats are delicious mini indulgences. I love them because you want something a little sweet at the end of a meal but don’t want a huge dessert. I think they’re perfect.
I like Seasons 52 because every item on the menu has the calories listed. Their food is always very good and the service is top-notch. When I ordered the tuna appetizer, a manager came over right away and asked me about a seed allergy because they noticed I said no nuts and seeds on my reservation. They really pay attention to their customers needs. I highly recommend Seasons 52.

“The chili is good. Entered into a chili competition at work and really didnt feel like cooking. Purchased 4 quarts of chili and told my co-workers how I slaved over making this chili, putting just the right spices in to give it its unique taste. Everyone loved it! I lost 1st place by two points, probably because the judge can't add, but whatever. And yes, those are hotdogs in the picture. We made chili dogs. Their cream of chicken soup is good too.“

“I never knew that Greek Islands had a location outside of old “Greektown” on Hasted in Chicago.

This place is great! Definitely a faithful clone of the original location.

The food is great - just like the Chicago location.

Only downside is that during the dinner rush on Saturday - this place is LOUD. The food is terrific. The service very friendly and efficient.

“Amerikas in Oak Park was fantastic. I had the quesabirria plate and a mojito, and both were excellent. The quesabirria was rich, flavorful, and satisfying, with tender meat and a great balance of seasoning. The plate felt generous and well put together, and every bite had that deep, comforting flavor you hope for.

The mojito was a perfect pairing. It was refreshing, bright, and made the meal feel even more special. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the whole experience felt like a great Oak Park lunch spot.
