All three times I was either on crutches or knee brace. They were so sweet they helped me with my food to car an even told me to pull up to place and they’ll have my order ready for me! “Hubby and I went to dinner at Seasons 52 on Saturday, which we haven’t been to in a long time. I forgot how much I enjoy this restaurant. We sat in the bar and had a great server named Shawn. Shawn was engaging and provided great service. I’ll definitely request him next time I visit. I wasn’t drinking that night, but hubby solo’d it with a bourbon cocktail called a Paper Plane. He said it was very tasty, especially on the hot day.
We shared the ahi tuna tartare to start. The tartare was a stack of tuna with tropical salsa and avocado. So fresh. It came with a basket of crispy lavish bread, I hope when the restaurant switches their recipe that they will continue making a seedless lavish for those who can’t do nuts or seeds.
Hubby had the wood grilled tenderloin salad for dinner. I had to get a taste of that tenderloin because it was cooked perfectly. It was so tasty and seasoned well. I had the wood grilled Idaho rainbow trout, swapping out the asparagus for carrots. The trout came with a dill mustard sauce which I nixed and just squeezed fresh lemon on the fish. The fish was moist and smoky.
Of course, we had to get the little dessert shooters to end the meal. Hubby had the Belgian chocolate s’mores, which was ridiculously decadent. I had the more conservative raspberry cannoli dessert. These tiny sweet treats are delicious mini indulgences. I love them because you want something a little sweet at the end of a meal but don’t want a huge dessert. I think they’re perfect.
I like Seasons 52 because every item on the menu has the calories listed. Their food is always very good and the service is top-notch. When I ordered the tuna appetizer, a manager came over right away and asked me about a seed allergy because they noticed I said no nuts and seeds on my reservation. They really pay attention to their customers needs. I highly recommend Seasons 52.
