It was our first time there. We ended up telling the waitress the situation because we had both been crying. Next thing we know, the kitchen had par-baked like 8 large pizzas of all types, and gave us a hand-written note giving us condolences and instructions on how to finish baking the pizzas. They said they wanted to make sure my family was well-fed in our time of tragedy ❤ And the pizza is INCREDIBLE ❤ SPECIAL, SPECIAL PLACE“

“My sister Shelly Nagy purchased tickets to a Sunday afternoon drag brunch to celebrate my birthday! Marco not only held the door open for his guests, but he was also very kind and generous! He offered 2nd helpings (my only regret is that I did not indulge on that offer). Our meal was plentiful, delicious and presented beautifully! The bartenders cocktails (garnished w/ fresh flowers!) are pure elegance and his customer service skills are excellent! The drag show was a blast! The music was a hit (inside and out) and the upscale atmosphere will always have me anxiously waiting to come back soon! El día de hoy, martes 26 de noviembre, llegué a cenar a las 8:45 pm confiando en la información publicada en sus redes sociales, donde claramente se especifica que el horario de cierre es a las 11:00 pm. No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. Agradezco de antemano su atención a esta situación y espero que se tomen las medidas necesarias para garantizar que su excelente servicio sea consistente en todos los aspectos. “So I visited this place at least three times with a carry out order and customer service was awesome first time. Second I decided to go due to the good food and definitely the customer service, again awesome. Third, I enjoyed my food as always with recommendations from the young lady ( forgot her name). All three times I was either on crutches or knee brace. They were so sweet they helped me with my food to car an even told me to pull up to place and they’ll have my order ready for me! They were very nice to help me and for that I’m grateful. They went above and beyond. They made sure I was taken care of. So I brought my daughter there and she agree with the great customer service. “Had a burger and it was just ok. It comes open face and I couldn’t get the bread unstuck to make it a sandwich. Asked for blue cheese olives in my Bloody Mary and I got one. Really?!? Couldn’t get refills on my water. The waitress disappeared till it was check time and then she came over. It was very busy though.“

The flavors and rich and balanced and the best soup ive ever had and I look for the best ramen, pho, noodle soups, and etc... the soup dumplings incredible and the perfect size. The grandma's fried rice is delightful, and worth it. The Cheng Du dumplings were good but I would skip them for the rest of the dishes listed here, and the Dan Dan Noodles unfortunately didnt have any flavor and wouldn't get those again. All in all, this place beat the expectations. Thank you for the great food!“
