“We dined at Topaz in August 2024 and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. We were seated in a comfortable booth. A special mention goes to our server, Sasa, who was incredibly attentive and provided great suggestions. He even surprised us with complimentary limoncellos, which were absolutely delicious. For appetizers, we had the grilled octopus and hummus—both prepared to perfection and bursting with flavor. For the main course, we chose the Dover sole and Amish chicken. These dishes were exceptional and stood out as some of the best we've ever had. The potatoes served with the sole were also a delightful surprise. “Country House has stood the test of time. I remember going here as a little girl with my grandma, my parents, and now as an adult, and it’s never diminished in quality or decreased in quaint coziness. The service is attentive, genuinely friendly, and assuringly knowledgeable. The atmosphere is that of an old world supper club from the past. The menu has plentiful options without being overwhelming. We plan to come back and bring guests, and have added this to our list of “Hidden Gems for Out of Town Visitors.”“

“Really nice place for real good food. My family and I stopped in after a trip into town for an escape room. We had the foghorn chicken sandwich, burger, mashed pot and gravy, tenders, nuggets, and fries. The burger and mashed we're recommended by staff and were terrific.
Everything was delicious, hot, and fresh. Recommend if you're looking for awesome food at a great price too.“

“Well, what can I say? Me and my wife have been wanting to go here for quite some time and it was rather disappointing. The service great! We sat at the bar and the bar tenders were very attentive and accommodating. The atmosphere was also very nice. However, the food is where it all falls apart. We tried 3 different dishes and all were a bit off and they all came out VERY fast. Like fast food fast. Not sure how it can be made to order. The bruschetta was tasty but the pile of prosciutto under need was very tough and difficult to chew. A heavy portion but didn’t belong as is. The artichoke hearts were very tough and difficult to eat. The flavor and sauce was good but texture was terrible. Imagine eating chewy grass. Then we ordered the prime rib. We asked for medium rare and it came out medium. It was incredibly chewy and grizzly for a prime rib and the fresh fries were very oily/greasy. Overall the food was very very disappointing and I’m not sure if we will be back to give it another try. 3 dishes, 3 strikes….. the phoenix may just be out.“

I came before they were closing and he took care of me , I absolutely love JJ Fish & Chicken! Every time I go, I order the chicken tenders, and they are always fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food. The customer service is excellent—everyone is friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. It’s hard to find a spot that consistently delivers great food and service, but JJ Fish & Chicken nails it every time. “Alma R was fantastic give her a raise. It’s airport food but extremely solid food. Expensive but great. Two double jack and cokes and a Italian omelet with chicken Apple sausage was $63 without the tip.

Tater tots weren’t too hard or soft just perfect. Everything tasted great. Proportions were great. Got enough alcohol for my money. I’m happy!!!“
