“On August 16, 2024 my dear friend Eberta Wright celebrated her 103 birthday. We celebrated it at The Lazy Dog Restaurant in the Highlands were we used to go for lunch every Sunday after church. Our waiter was always Carlos. One Sunday he told me to let him know when she was to celebrate her next birthday because he wanted to do something special for her. I called him and told him it was here so he talked to his manager and WOW!!!!! Kyla, Alexa, Andrea and Carlos put together a spectacular birthday celebration. Mrs. Wright and I both were so surprised and delighted with what they did. The decorations, the gorgeous flowers the cupcakes that Kyla made and decorated to spell out her birth year. Everything was just wonderful. Carlos came in on his day off and got to have lunch with us. He is a very special young man. In fact everyone there is very special. The Lazy Dog will always be my number one restaurant not just because of the good food but because they are a group of very special people.“

“I was really excited to try this place and when my order came and the bag felt super heavy i was dying to have my lunch. I got a combo with 3 wings and catfish. Everything tasted great but i felt like there wasn't a ton to eat and this is coming from someone who completely strips their chicken wings. The catfish was mostly odd and hard to eat parts. The meat i could get to did taste great and i enjoyed the lemon pepper on top that i paid extra for. Came with a lot of hot sauce and ketchup. The price was good for a delivery order.

I want to order again and try a lot of other stuff on the menu so i will be back“

“We dined at Topaz in August 2024 and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. We were seated in a comfortable booth. A special mention goes to our server, Sasa, who was incredibly attentive and provided great suggestions. He even surprised us with complimentary limoncellos, which were absolutely delicious. For appetizers, we had the grilled octopus and hummus—both prepared to perfection and bursting with flavor. For the main course, we chose the Dover sole and Amish chicken. These dishes were exceptional and stood out as some of the best we've ever had. The potatoes served with the sole were also a delightful surprise. Portions were generous, and the prices were quite reasonable considering the quality and quantity of the food. We highly recommend Topaz and will definitely be returning!“

“This place is amazing. I got the Mexican omelette and it was everything I hoped it would be. The wait staff is outstanding and treat you how you want to be treated. They were very fast and the Mimosas are a huge draw. It’s worth every penny I don’t miss one cent of it. It’s always a good feeling when you don’t leave a restaurant disappointed with the taste. “Went for breakfast. Had their Saturday breakfast special. Came with eggs, hash browns, sausage patties, toast and surprisingly a taco. Everything was delicious and the tacos were to die for. The employees were great and he even brought more tacos for the table!“

“Look, the trains are so cool and fun and all that is amazing. But none of that would matter is the food was forgettable. It. Is. Not. The burgers, fries are great. The pot roast sandwich I had the other day was perfection. Grown-ups, you don't need kids to enjoy good food.“
