“I lived in Chicago from 1997 to 2018. Many good pizza places, but nowhere near as good as John Gino's. I absolutely love their chicken! Brown's? Ehhh. KFC? Not! Popeyes? It's OK. John Gino's? 5 Stars!!! Everything on their menu is absolutely delicious. Another plus is they have their own drivers. This ensures that the delivery is always hot and fresh. El día de hoy, martes 26 de noviembre, llegué a cenar a las 8:45 pm confiando en la información publicada en sus redes sociales, donde claramente se especifica que el horario de cierre es a las 11:00 pm. No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. “We dined at Seasons 52 after the Easter Brunch had concluded. While the restaurant was really crowded, we were seated within 10-15 minutes of our reservation time. Our server was friendly and attentive, as well as helpful in making suggestions about menu items. We enjoyed the shrimp flatbread and crab stuffed mushrooms as appetizers. My husband's Chilean sea bass and my wood grilled salmon were both perfectly prepared. In addition to the sides which accompanied each of our meals, we shared the Brussels sprouts. Their menudo was on the plain side but full of tripe. The cactus salad offered a unique texture and refreshing taste. Their corn tortillas also have a strong corn flavor. Overall, this place lives up to its hype. You could also specify which part of the pig you want your carnitas from.“

From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of phenomenal, and I had to write this review immediately. The moment we walked in, we were greeted not only by the host and hostess, but also by several staff members and even guests at the bar. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. Pure class. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and perfectly accented with soft candlelight, making the evening feel special and intimate. We sat at the bar and were welcomed by Gina, the bartender, who was extremely attentive and genuinely kind, making us feel right at home. The food was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. The owner, Randy, came by to greet us and his personality was truly infectious. He had us laughing nonstop and made our night even more memorable. We also had the pleasure of sitting next to Marcy and Dick, regulars who have been coming since day one. Even though this was our very first visit, we felt like part of the Bella Mia family. “So I visited this place at least three times with a carry out order and customer service was awesome first time. Second I decided to go due to the good food and definitely the customer service, again awesome. Third, I enjoyed my food as always with recommendations from the young lady ( forgot her name). All three times I was either on crutches or knee brace. They were so sweet they helped me with my food to car an even told me to pull up to place and they’ll have my order ready for me! They were very nice to help me and for that I’m grateful. They went above and beyond. They made sure I was taken care of. So I brought my daughter there and she agree with the great customer service. “We were indifferent to Mora when it first opened several years ago. The food was ok but not great. We went back for the first time in years a few weeks ago and were absolutely delighted by everything. “I am giving them a 1 star rating for many reason. I went here for the first time last night to celebrate my 11 year anniversary. We called 2 weeks prior to set up reservations. We got to the restaurant 20 mins before our time. Got in 10 mins after our reservation time and got a table literally right in front of the kitchen. I can’t tell u how many time my chair got hit by people walking by people who worked their people just walking. At one point I kept trying to flag down any waiter so we could get our check and go. For how much I spent I was expecting something completely different and not so cluttered they have way to many tables to close together there is no walking room. If u have a wheelchair forget about coming to this restaurant. The food was decent for the price I paid although I didn’t want to complain cause it took 40 mins just to get our food in the first place. My steak was over cooked. U would think it with it being a steak house they know how to cook it“

“I came upon this café with my boyfriend a while back and I have to say, its the perfect mom and pop breakfast/lunch café. Located in a quiet quaint strip with ample parking. During the summer they even offer outdoor seating to those that would choose. Mimi is always on top of her customer care and knowledge of the menu. You will never have an empty coffee cup and you will always leave in a better mood because of her warm and bubbly personality. That kind of positivity is contagious! Even on slightly busy days, Mimi and her staff work very hard to learn their customers and welcome them back like family. Its very enjoyable observing how warm the staff is to nrw and returning cutomers. This is my favorite breakfast nook now and I know it will be for you too if you truly appreciate a family home-cooked atmosphere <3“
