Katy's Dumplings is a cozy spot with adorable service and cute decor, although space is limited for big groups. The pickled cabbage soup, beef and scallion potstickers, and mala pot were all delicious. It's a small place, so takeout might be a good option. The food is tasty and service is excellent.
