We almost gave this place one star… because they have completely ruined sushi everywhere else for us.
The quality here is on another level. The fish is incredibly fresh, the cuts are perfect, and every roll feels intentional and balanced. Nothing is overdone or drowned in sauce. You can actually taste the ingredients.
