“First date at this delicious spot! No reservations so we sat at a cozy high top in the corner which was perfect! Service was excellent! Although they were busy, we were not rushed at all! Actually stayed way past eating and still had great service!We chose 3 items from the shareable menu. The servings are very generous! More than enough for 2 hungry adults!First, we had the the meatballs. AMAZING! Just like my grandmothers! Three large servings. So delicately tender with the perfect amount of seasoning and sauce. They were accompanied with a dollop of creamy, whipped ricotta. Homemade deliciousness is all I can say!Next, we had the Barese sausage and peppers. Definitely must order this with the meatballs! Again, just like grandma makes! The peppers were sweet and tender…but the garlic white wine broth is the real winner here! So many layers of flavor! We savored it with our bread as well!Finally, we had the toasted ravioli nachos! Such a fun dish and plenty of it! Bursting with flavor…the generous bits of braised short ribs are absolutely brilliant! (If you desire more spice, ask for extra giardinera.)Can’t wait to go back! Well done!“
