It was our first time there. We ended up telling the waitress the situation because we had both been crying. Next thing we know, the kitchen had par-baked like 8 large pizzas of all types, and gave us a hand-written note giving us condolences and instructions on how to finish baking the pizzas. From the employee who took my order (who was highly informative and friendly) to my pickup, I was very impressed! The owner told me about their charcuterie boards and was very passionate. She went out of her way to get my son, who was anxious to leave, gelato—very thoughtful and tasty too! My salad was delicious, and the pizza was amazing. “Grabbed a late dinner here and man, that Pilsen lager crust is elite. We split the pickle pizza and a pepperoni with hot honey. The crust has that perfect chew and crunch without being super heavy. The pizza was okay. It needs seasoning in the sauce. I had pepperoni and my husband had pepperoni and sausage. He said the sausage tasted like Casey's sausage. Do with that what you will.

Other than the lack of seasoning, the crust was great. If you LOVE cheese, you will like how much cheese they use. The pepperonis would taste better if they were above the cheese, but that is of course preference. Overall nice place. 1 slice is all you really need do to the size of each slice.“

“No doubt the pizza’s are amazing but once we bring them home they do not taste good as we dine in at eat. Also, not only me but alot of people have noticed how rude the guy is who picks up the call. I am giving my order over the phone and he rushes me because he has someone coming in his restaurant. Next , I ask him couple of questions which he shows so much attitude. Third , I hate dining in this place . The guy keeps checking to see if we didn’t make the tables or floor messy. No kind of professionalism. We do not eat free . We pay for the pizza’s he should not show this type of etiquette“

“I've gone to Vinces for over 20 years, and I can honestly say it never disappoints. From the moment you walk in, you feel like part of the family. You are always greeted with a smiling face and the smells alone will keep you coming back for more. The pizza here is consistently incredible. Perfectly thin crust, just the right amount of sauce, and loaded with toppings that can fit any craving. With the number of years, I have been visiting, I have tried almost everything on the menu from their pizza to their pastas to their appetizers and I keep on going back. “A small celebration was planned at Giordano's in Willowbrook for my nieces' Baptisms. My Hubby and I walked in early with balloons and flowers, two hours early, in fact. Yet this did not faze anyone there. They could not have been nicer. "You're a little early..." "We came to decorate." Stephanie showed us to a sunny corner of the restaurant, all set up for the expected 20 guests. She offered us an ice-cold beverage. Several hours later, the party was in full swing, with a wide variety of fantastic pizza spread out among the many tables. It was served after a delicious and very fresh Caesar salad. Yum! All of our many favorite flavors/crusts were represented, which kept Stephanie busy serving the tables. The pizzas were hot with crispy crusts. The mostaccioli had stretchy cheese with an almost creamy texture. It had a little kick, too. Fabulous! A dessert table followed the pizza, which was just right. We never felt rushed, and so stayed to visit a while longer. This Willowbrook Giordano's was super clean with a cheerful, efficient staff. Thank you, Stephanie and Manager Patrick. We will return!“

“I was lucky to stumble into a Quad Edge Pizza yesterday. Whoever owns this sole location, the guy (or girl) knows what they are doing. This pizza is addicting. It is clear that the owner is very involved in the business and the craft of pizza making.

I grew up with a Nonna and a mother who made their own version of this kind of pizza long before anyone called it “Detroit‑style.” In our house, it was just the typical bread‑based pizza that grandmothers and mothers always seemed to have resting on the counter — thick, airy, saucy, and kissed with olive oil. Some people call it Sicilian pizza, and now it’s described as Detroit‑style. To me, it’s the kind of pizza that not only tastes good but also makes you feel good.

The crust is the star: tall, golden, and perfectly aerated, with that signature contrast of crisp edges and a soft, almost buttery interior. It’s the kind of crust that doesn’t just hold toppings — it elevates them. The caramelized cheese crown around the perimeter is textbook, delivering that addictive crunch and chew that makes you slow down and savor each bite. I like this style of pizza wet, and it does not disappoint. Sauce is ladled on with confidence, not caution, and it’s excellent: bright, balanced, and layered with enough depth to stand up to the richness of the dough.
