Food is authentic Italian no photography allowed. Portions are copious amounts and tender delicious was the chicken parmesan.
Gelato is an amazing piece of art just to look at. Smooth as silk creamy. I had some pistachio and lemon cello.

“I was finally able to come here. I actually found this place through social media then I double checked the reviews on Google and Yelp, to ensure that it was good. It’s located in Pilsen. They do have free street parking but you have to look and double check the signs. It’s harder to find spots at night on a Saturday, when we went. You can also pay $3 an hour and park at the Ray Castro plaza.

When you walk inside, they have about 5-6 tables on the left give or take, then the bleachers on the right. You order then they bring it out to you. We ordered a 16” half margherita half longanisa & giardiniera tavern style pizza. It took about 45 mins. This pizza is good for 3-4 people. We ordered fries in the mean time to munch on. These are tasty since they are crunchy and not soggy. We also ordered an agua fresca ( made in house) and amor eterno drink. Both drinks were great. The service was half good half bad. The taller guy provided exceptional customer service. There was a shorter, skinnier guy that provided some very weak service. He looked like he didn’t want to be there. I had to ask him 3-4 times for a container to go. It takes 30 secs or less to do it. Minus half a star.

The pizza itself was delicious. The longanisa is a Filipino sausage that is on the sweeter side. The longanisa’s sweeter side helps balance out the giardinera’s spicier side. This was not overly salted. I don’t really trust reviews that can’t even provide a picture. No picture = did not happen. The margherita was delicious and savory. We also got ube and horchata ice cream, it comes in a good size cup for $7. The flavors taste great together almost like a Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal with ube. Overall it’s a 4.5.“

“Just had their steak (carne asada) tacos! Absolutely fantastic! The green salsa is on point! Very generous on the size of their tacos. I'm extremely picky when it comes to getting tacos in fact I only like my tacos from one or two taco places in all of Chicago. This is my first time coming here and this spot just got added to my small list. I will most definitely stop by this place whenever I'm around this area. Thank you for the great food! “The shaved ice is amazing. They have several flavors to choose from. That was my favorite part actually.

The pizza was okay. It needs seasoning in the sauce. I had pepperoni and my husband had pepperoni and sausage. He said the sausage tasted like Casey's sausage. Do with that what you will.

Other than the lack of seasoning, the crust was great. If you LOVE cheese, you will like how much cheese they use. The pepperonis would taste better if they were above the cheese, but that is of course preference. Overall nice place. 1 slice is all you really need do to the size of each slice.“

“Growing up in the Chicago area, especially on the south side, you EXPECT local pizza joints to be good. Lots of places that don't primarily sell pizza still have better pizza that you get in other parts of the country.

Though it's been around for a long time, as have I, I'd never tried Rosangela's prior to this time, and I'm here to say that I am a believer.

I tried introducing a colleague of mine to chicago pizza at a couple other places, and they did not impress him... Rosangela's did.

Just a medium special and a drink, but I will tell you that it's some of the best tavern style things crust pizza you'll ever have.

It's as good as your favorite place, and likely better.

From the employee who took my order (who was highly informative and friendly) to my pickup, I was very impressed! The owner told me about their charcuterie boards and was very passionate. It’s been over 11 years later since I lived in worth but I always remember this place . Simple and cheap pizza . I took the 25 minute drive to the little village of worth to get ohboys . Drove back ( surprised I didn’t rip open the pizza bag on the drive home ) and it’s still the great taste like the good ol days . Got a shirt along with my purchase . When ppl as me what’s the best pizza around midway I always say the little pizza joint called oh boys !“

“I walked into Paisans the location for your next Super Bowl Party experience. My pics will speak for themselves. I wanted their Chicken Chili soup but I was out voted. As you stroll through the party row get your line dance on. Service was top notch and cocktails well once you get one you will come back for another. The see through kitchen took me back to Italy.“
