My husband and I went out for a late night snack and Maritza was the woman who took our order from the drive-thru. She was so pleasant and waited patiently for us to make up our minds. (I didn't know what I wanted.) She greeted us at the window with a big smile and with such professionalism and just all around down to earth, COOL.
