My husband and I went out for a late night snack and Maritza was the woman who took our order from the drive-thru. She was so pleasant and waited patiently for us to make up our minds. (I didn't know what I wanted.) She greeted us at the window with a big smile and with such professionalism and just all around down to earth, COOL. We took our order and left and my husband stayed how he was blown away by her customer service. We drive back around and tipped her. She deserved that and more.You guys have a gem there working for you. I would definitely look to hire more employees like her.

How do they value our feedback with fake promises and no improvement from the past inconvenience. Convinced my girlfriend to give them a 2nd chance just for them to serve the same garbage. Save your money and get your food/desserts elsewhere, this restaurant’s cooks have no standards. ordered at the window and they made us wait in curbside for 20 minutes for only two slices of pizza and fries. when the girl came out she gave us the wrong order and ran back inside, we called her back out and told her it was the wrong order and she rolled her eyes. 5 more minutes went by and a guy comes out with our slices and a bag (which we thought had our fries) but the bag only had cheese and pepper packets. we were so upset about the whole situation that we just left and dumped the food. terrible experience.
