There’s no reason why a McDonnald should have such bad rating! Evething should be consistent but here we are. The girls there are always so rude and most of the time there’s something missing from my order. I could go on about my rant for today but the issue will never get fixed as I see multiple people complain about the same issue.
We were traveling and stopped at this McDonald’s for a quick meal. Before eating, we wanted to wash our hands, but getting into the restroom took almost 5 minutes because the doors were locked and required special access. I honestly don’t understand why restrooms need to be locked in the first place, especially for paying customers. Something as simple as washing your hands before a meal shouldn’t be a challenge. The experience started bad then just kept getting worse. We walked in to see a huge mess on the floor. Staff was mopping the floor inside (which is great) but this ice cream or whatever it is should have been the priority, not just slapping a caution sign there and going on with their day. We needed to use the restroom before we ordered, but it was LOCKED. You had to use a code from a receipt to open it. There were no napkins anywhere - not by the drinks or on the tables. There can be a lack of ketchup and napkins, and sometimes food can get cold quickly, leading customers to wipe their hands on their sweaters.
