I'm a frequent customer, mainly for their large iced coffee. Friends often give me gift cards fur Dunkin. Unfortunately, their food items are not good. The toasted cheese sandwiches taste rubbery and burnt on one side. and the egg and cheese croissants are hard with again rubber like eggs. Now the last two times even the iced mocha coffee tasted bad. The workers don't seem to put much effort into anything. I need to give a big Thank you to Lori for going above & beyond my coffee needs, as I am a traveling medical assistant & I was super tired when I pulled up. Her recommendations were amazing & I made it home safely with no sleepiness at the wheel! Thank you Lori, I will be back
