“Picked up lunch for work from this location and staff members were very friendly and efficient. While waiting, I was going to purchase cheese curds. They ended up being $9 for 1 order so I asked them to scratch the order. However, they were already cooking so the manager gave them to me for free. They were great! It was a very nice gesture and I would definitely return/recommend to others.“

“Seeing the commercial, I just had to try the jalapeño ranch club with getting it grilled & it was soooo delicious! Love the jalapeño sauce! It is as good as it looks on TV. I had went thru the drive thru so the rating for atmosphere wouldn't apply for me, but sure it is pleasant. Very quick service! Would definitely get that sandwich again. Highly recommended! 👍“

“Im from out of town, but stopped in yesterday. I was a party of 4. I ordered our food. When we were leaving, I made a to go order. It was a total of 40 sliders. The manager jokingly said I should've ordered when I sat down to eat. I wasnt thinking that they were busy with drive thru. She showed me the monitor and I felt so bad. They were extremely busy. I couldnt see the drive thru from where i parked. I sat out side waiting. The manager brought my food out. My burgers didn't take long to make either. I just wanna say the manager was extremely professional, friendly and I'll go there again the next time I'm out that way. The manager deserves recognition 👏 🙌“

Since we got here friendly bilingual people. Order was fast and hot. Fries weren’t loaded with salt. The cashier Alex at front even came to our table to check and make sure we were doing ok. He was exceptional in his work and due diligence and was very attentive and organized friendly and respectful and professional“

Service was fine, but host did nothing except be on her phone 99% of the time we were there, not even attempting to hide it....edit...idk why this says Wendy's in Countryside, which I haven't been to in years, but I'm REALLY reviewing Pequod's in Morton Grove??? I can't change it? Seems suspicious. I blame the girl on her phone. Whatever...Wendy's is fine, too.“

“I love ordering great food from this specific Jimmy Johns because the ingredients taste so fresh and I have always had excellent customer service experiences there. The blonde tall guy with blue eyes who works the front counter has always been hella nice to me ever since i first stepped foot in there, and he's not too bad on the eyes as well, which is a plus ;) I wouldnt mind taking him for a ride on my Ninja 400 some time and maybe taking a trip to another Jimmy Johns store for food!
