“I had to get a flat fixed. These guys are next door to Discount Tire in Countryside Illinois . I hadn’t tried them since they opened or at any other location. First of all extremely clean, lots of clean tables, the guy taking my order was extremely nice. He’s got ear lob expanders on. Can’t miss super quick and super polite. Asked a manager when he didn’t know. He used very nice suggestive up selling but not pushy. I am certain the washrooms are just as clean. Now for the food. The menu is extensive. I got the manager’s special. It was a Philly steak with a drink and fries. Fries were good. Thick crinkly. The sandwich was obviously freshly made. Their version is beef super tasty, Swiss cheese, onion and peppers. Honestly there is a good Philly around here. So I highly recommend the sandwich and the staff.“

Since we got here friendly bilingual people. Order was fast and hot. Fries weren’t loaded with salt. The cashier Alex at front even came to our table to check and make sure we were doing ok. He was exceptional in his work and due diligence and was very attentive and organized friendly and respectful and professional“

“Im from out of town, but stopped in yesterday. I was a party of 4. I ordered our food. When we were leaving, I made a to go order. It was a total of 40 sliders. The manager jokingly said I should've ordered when I sat down to eat. I wasnt thinking that they were busy with drive thru. She showed me the monitor and I felt so bad. They were extremely busy. I couldnt see the drive thru from where i parked. I sat out side waiting. The manager brought my food out. My burgers didn't take long to make either. I just wanna say the manager was extremely professional, friendly and I'll go there again the next time I'm out that way. The manager deserves recognition 👏 🙌“

“I love ordering great food from this specific Jimmy Johns because the ingredients taste so fresh and I have always had excellent customer service experiences there. The blonde tall guy with blue eyes who works the front counter has always been hella nice to me ever since i first stepped foot in there, and he's not too bad on the eyes as well, which is a plus ;) I wouldnt mind taking him for a ride on my Ninja 400 some time and maybe taking a trip to another Jimmy Johns store for food! “I always enjoy my visits to Subway in Countryside. I would like to give a big shout out to Juana. She’s very patient and provides great customer service. Today, I went to get a fresh footlong when I noticed a construction worker ordering 6 footlongs. Even with big orders, she has dedication and great pace. We always enjoy watching her dedication making every footlong. Even if she is busy working she makes time to make customers feel welcome by having short conversations. We wish we could see more employees like her. By the way, she always remembers your favorite orders. She makes the BEST pizza !!!!! Last but not least, the owner is AMAZING! He owns another Subway at Western Springs. If there was a Subway competition in town, I would advise the owner to have Juana. She will make them win the Sub Contest. :) Loyal customer for years.“
