“I love ordering great food from this specific Jimmy Johns because the ingredients taste so fresh and I have always had excellent customer service experiences there. The blonde tall guy with blue eyes who works the front counter has always been hella nice to me ever since i first stepped foot in there, and he's not too bad on the eyes as well, which is a plus ;) I wouldnt mind taking him for a ride on my Ninja 400 some time and maybe taking a trip to another Jimmy Johns store for food! “I always enjoy my visits to Subway in Countryside. I would like to give a big shout out to Juana. She’s very patient and provides great customer service. Today, I went to get a fresh footlong when I noticed a construction worker ordering 6 footlongs. Even with big orders, she has dedication and great pace. We always enjoy watching her dedication making every footlong. Even if she is busy working she makes time to make customers feel welcome by having short conversations. We wish we could see more employees like her. By the way, she always remembers your favorite orders. She makes the BEST pizza !!!!! Last but not least, the owner is AMAZING! He owns another Subway at Western Springs. If there was a Subway competition in town, I would advise the owner to have Juana. She will make them win the Sub Contest. :) Loyal customer for years.“

But what really set this Subway branch apart are the staff or perhaps the owners (not so sure) who took care of me and my mom. “Was looking online to see what time they’re open until nowadays and read a good review on a chicken pita so I came and I tried it and it was delicious😋 I wish I took a picture instead of recording a video..! It was so good and colorful. The soup was really good too! I was a little scared to come at first because it was so close to closing time but I immediately felt reassured as soon as the man came on the speaker to take my order! The owner was in the drive-thru and he was nice, the food was fresh (bread was still soft close to midnight) you can tell he really cares about his restaurant!!! Thank you!“

“The staff at the Homer Glen Jersey Mike's is fantastic! They are always friendly and helpful. They are as fast as they can be. Their business model does mean the food takes a little longer than say, subway, but it is definitely worth the extra 1-2 minutes.“

“To be fair, it was about an hour before closing time. However, the older lady was very sweet and made our food very well and it was delicious. Her coworker on the other hand didn't seem to friendly. We wanted to add to our order and she couldn't even be bothered to stop sweeping to come and complete the transaction until the older lady had already finished making the 1st part of the order. I have worked in hospitality all my life. I know how she felt but if she want customers to return and ensure job security for her, she should be a little more friendly and willing to assist.“
