Visited this location around 12 noon today and had to wait a couple of minutes to order my food because the only hispanic women in the store was the ONLY one working. The other workers were of the indian race but didn't even look my direction or acknowledge that I was there waiting to order my food. Kinda disapointed to say the least.
I stopped by for a meatball marinara sub and had the best experience. The meatballs tasted freshly made and the portion size was generous. I was able to customize it and the sandwich artist even recommend an ingredient I don’t usually get and it ended up making the sandwich so much better. This is my Subway of choice in Berwyn. Everyone is always timely and efficient, and the food prep is always great quality!

Subway is a favorite spot for many due to its friendly and amazing staff, like Jose, Maria, Fernando, and Omar. While some may no longer accept coupons, the excellent service and customer care at this location make up for it. The employees are known for their efficiency and attention to detail, with some even remembering regular customers' orders. Despite the presence of closer Subway locations, customers are willing to travel for the exceptional service and perfectly made sandwiches at this particular establishment.
