My family and I had a very pleasant dinner at this restaurant, the quesadillas were delicious, my favorite was the Tinga de Res. For vegetarians they have Nopales, huitlacoches, pumpkin flower, mushrooms.
I can't help but talk about this hidden gem in the Chicago area. Every time my boyfriend and I come down from Milwaukee, we make it a point to visit this place for their incredible quesadillas. Our first time here and it won’t be the last! Super friendly service, and the quecas (slang for quesadillas) were soooo good. Handmade tortillas and homemade guisados (fillings) were super yummy. Nothing was spicy, just seasoned beautifully. I highly recommend this place! The beef tinga was amazing with a Smokey flavor of chipotle and mild heat level.
