Ordered a pasta dish for dine in, paid, was given a table number, and then, was surprised to receive it boxed up for carry out. The cashiers do not typically give the customer the receipt after payment even though the attached tag on the 'takeout' order clearly stated 'dine in'. They could do a lot better when it comes to smooth service and accuracy.
The orders are pretty fast and accurate. A lot of times the cafe seems to be understaffed or challenged in keeping the tables cleared of dishes. The wait staff/cashiers are friendly, but there appears to be a high turnover. One manager named Arcelia/'Shelly' is so loud and unprofessional that it takes away from the pleasant atmosphere.
