horrible customer service. my order is always wrong. attitude and rudeness. Will not give me what i paid for. drinks shoved at me. food tossed at me. refuses to correct my order.
Absolutely horrible experience. The staff was rude, dismissive, and communication was nearly impossible. The employee helping me could barely communicate in English, which made a simple order pickup unnecessarily frustrating.
I walked inside to pick up my online order, and instead of helping, the employee kept loudly yelling that I should have used the drive-through — even though I had already parked and walked in. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing.

I wouldn’t go to this location as the management is rude and they have messed up orders multiple times and told us to come back so they can fix them. The manager at this location just hung up on me. I will never buy from this McDonald’s location ever again!
