“I made an online pickup order today & the food was ready very close to the pickup time it stated on the app . Food was still warm when I got home, everything was so delicious . My family & I are feeling sick this week & the soup definitely helped along with their papaya green tea, soothing on the throat even when it’s cold . The portion sizes could be a bit larger for the price .. however if you have the money to spend on Panera, it’s pretty worth it . I don’t eat here often just because it’s a bit pricey for the portions you get . But the food is good . For reference I had ordered the pick two - Mac n cheese (small) & half chipotle chicken avocado melt, a bowl of broccoli & cheddar soup, the papaya green tea, and a full chipotle chicken avocado melt . My total was just under $40 . I’m sure there are other places you could get more food than that for $40 however you’re essentially paying for the quality here, not the quantity . Employees were very nice & helpful . Although the ladies by the pickup counter weren’t alerting anyone that their order was ready .. they had the receipts on the bags facing away from customers & they were too far back for anyone to reach to turn them around & check the names . My food was ready & right in front of me & didn’t get it until I asked if it was ready .. just constructive criticism, maybe call out the names as the orders come out ? Just to avoid customers waiting when their order is sitting there . That’s the only issue I encountered .“
“Let me start by saying that the quality and service here has improved drastically over the past couple months. If you are here in the past and didn't care for it, give it another chance. The employees are different from before so I am sure that has alot to do with it. The ones from before would barely make eye contact with you and would give you cold food. Now, they don't skimp out on portions and they food taste more fresh. They have new sauces and the potato "fries" are to die for! The food is even better as soon as they open obviously but just had some before they closed and it was still delicious and satisfying. This is out go to for a quick lunch since they are fast and well priced for the amount of food you get. Thank you for caring and lifting this business back up!“

“Placed an order this evening. Tried to use the"perks" coupon. One free cookie. I order a big size sandwich, soup, chips. On the app, I couldn't use the "perks" coupon. Kept telling me I didn't order what needed to be ordered! Really? Anyway, if I'm ordering again, why put a restriction on using the perk? You didn't give it to me just to give it to me. I actually EARNED IT for ordering times before! It wasn't expired!!! Always has to be a catch to using a coupon!!!! SMH“
“Corner Bakery is our tie breaker when we can not agree on where to order in from. The menu has great choices.I like all the sandwiches including turkey avocado and chicken panini. They are very tasty without too much of anything to overpower the other flavors. My permanent roommate, likes the soup and sandwich combo. . She always gets the chicken ocra soup and varies the second item. This week she had the mac and cheese and thought it was very good. Portion sizes work nicely for us, not too much, not too little.The Oak Lawn store is obviously well run. Its always clean and food ready at the scheduled time.“
