The manager talked down and berated customer when he wanted to state a complaint: talked over him, accused him of yelling ( he wasn't) & swearing (nope) with a very condescending attitude. We just left, service was that slow. The dining area was dirty, too, just not up to Portillos standards. We won't be back.“

However, I want to specifically highlight a young man by the name of Dominick. I can’t say enough about Dominick. He possesses exemplary customer service skills. Every encounter I have had with him, he has been very courteous, very professional, very engaging and above all has gone the extra mile to accommodate my “special requests“. In addition, my most recent encounter, approximately two weeks ago, I could see the absolute joy he received when seeing how happy I was when he was, once again, able to Grant a special request for me. “As I walked in the cashier was too busy playing a game on her phone. She acted as if I was disturbing her. Anyway now to the pizza I ordered a small pizza with 4 toppings, extra cheese and sauce. It was 30 dollars a couple of the toppings was a double charge. They told me 40 minutes. I've never waited that long for a pizza but okay. It wasn't definitely no extra cheese and sauce. I must say it was delicious. Just a few things rubbed me the wrong way so I'm not sure if I will try it again“

Service was exceptional, the waitresses were prompt and I was seated with no wait time.

Pricing was fair, especially for the portion sizes. The Irish plate will have you eating like royalty and is reasonably priced.

The pancakes were fluffy and perfectly done.

We live in the city and think it goes toe to toe with the trending tavern style spots - Zarella, Pizzamici - honestly might even be better if it’s always as tasty as it was when we came in.
