“Michael and kadence have been beyond amazing. They have great customer service smiling and very patient. I have been in this location plenty of times and have had terrible service. I'm so happy I chose to give them another chance. I will become a regular again. I'm guessing Michael is the manager he hands down knows what he's doing environment is just ll around positive! He's awesome to his employees and customers stays on top of cleanliness and customers.“

“I have to be honest before they have been good but I made a 2 good 2 go order and by the time I got there they were closed completely. I got off work and thatcwas my dinner now no dinner and a waste of gas out of my way. Again I'm not crapping on them because I understand wanting to go home when they are technically off the clock just sad I missed my dinner. The ppl there have always been professional, respectful 🙏 and always nice so this I no slight against the amazing staff“

“I’ve loved this place since the day I started ordering it! I order this almost every week or every other week when I’m at work in the evening. It’s always delivered fresh and warm and the chicken is amazing the seasonings are fantastic! And the names of the items to order are hilarious also the humor in me makes me laugh at them!“

“So bomb! Love the chicken. Love the rice. Love the beans. Love the food. Just love love love. I can only speak to the grilled chicken though. They do have other menu items which I'm sure is just as tasty.“

“First time I've ever been and it was great. Had the sliders, some boneless wings, and some flavored cheese planks. The service was good, and my server was pleasant. The atmosphere is takeout with some seating areas. Will definitely visit this place frequently to try the rest of the menu.“

“I love my black own business, doing such a great job, taking care of their customers. And catering service is great five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ restaurant loved and recommended anyone from Chicago and out of towners to come.“

“This place is SOO good, I would definitely recommend to go here. The food was amazing, nice presentation, and fresh. I could see the kitchen staff making the food perfect. I got a cheeseburger, and it exceeded my expectations. The sauce, buttery bun, meat was amazing. The atmosphere was so nice the cashier and chef made sure we liked our food, and was super friendly. You should definitely check this gem out, 10/10.“

“Maggie was so incredibly kind, and gave great customer service to everyone I saw there. I was lucky I only had to wait 20 minutes for the chicken as I did not call ahead because I was passing it on my way to pick up my parents from midway. It was all so incredible! We tried the Italian beef, chili dog, fries, chicken boat. Most impressive was that my drive home was over an hour and the chicken was still hot and crispy! Highly recommend calling ahead though for chicken but either way worth the wait! The rest of the food items come out impressively fast! I was there @5:20pm on Tuesday“

“Food was great ,people were informative and friendly“

“The food is fresh and made to order, I loved that about Chi Chicken. Regular wait time as you would at any other place that’s made to order. Got a Kung Pao chicken bowl. It was very good and just the right amount of spicy. I will definitely be coming back to try the chicken sandwiches.“

“I visited 2 evenings in a row because the service was so friendly and the delicious messy fries were perfectly prepared on night 1. Different staff were in on night 2, yet the service was just as friendly and the messy fries just as yummy! I am Very picky about how my chicken is cooked and Fry the Coop does not disappoint. Quality food and outstanding service will keep me coming back!“

“Very good chicken! Q pollo rico !“

“Chic fil a typically has great customer service but wanted to callout my encounter with Bridget, one of the team members who was stationed at the drive through. She was incredibly sweet during our short exchange and honestly made my day. She deserves a bonus or raise or something@ The food was also good quality compared to the location closer to my house. I'd return here“

“I always go on Tuesdays sometimes when I do laundry over there
I love the girl at the counter
I only go for her
She is kind
And answers my questions if I don’t know something
She needs a raise
I love her customer service

“Ladies and gentlemen the food here is so excellent. This place is family-owned and everything here is just so fresh and so delicious. Raising Cane's ain't got shit on this place. The garlic sauce and chicken sauce are extremely good. We had a really comfortable time sitting down, and the staff is phenomenal! Try the cheesecake as well it's homemade 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔🐔“

“We had a great customer service experience here! My wife ordered a vanilla cream cold brew, but it was a bit sweet for her taste. The woman working the window remade it with less vanilla and shake base, which was very nice of her! I wish I got her name but I hope her team reads this shout out anyway!“

“Great people. Great food. So far so good. I’ll definitely be back. The cook has good customer service skills and he seems to really care for people and his work. Everything in the kitchen area that you could see looks clean. Even the deep fryers are well kept. The perch was fried to perfection. Crunchy and still moist just how I like it. Fries were fried to perfection as well. Can’t make this stuff up. Thank you!!“

“My first experience, my husband came home and gave me a piece, and we both came back that same day. The food was even better—saucy, crunchy, fresh chicken and fries, very reasonable. Keep up the good work! Harold's is definitely beaten.“

“the best thing about this place is the service the food and prices It's so affordable I've been coming here now for my quick meal I literally can't ask for anything more the guy that works, let me tell you he works lol The food is so good i always come here for my special two pizza puffs, mozzarella sticks and fries always the same price 13 dollars i swear anywhere else and you would be paying 10 dollars for each pizza puff. definitely recommend!!!!“

“Love this place - the chicken is always good. BUT if I order wings and ask for “mild sauce on the side” I only want mild sauce. I ordered 8 wings with mild sauce on the side and got 1 cup of mild sauce and 1 cup of hot sauce - I never asked for hot sauce so now I have 8 wings with 1 cup of sauce.“

“I had an awesome experience here! The people were super friendly, the food was great, the best Mexican food in the area. I would definitely recommend to family and friends or anyone in general. It's a lovely experience, and i do want to add that the decorations are beautiful. Really makes you feel safe and comfortable as you're enjoying your meal with some nice coffee.“

“Grabbed this to go on a whim and really enjoyed what I had. Ordered medium and it was a good spice level, but if you are sensative to spice, I would opt for the mild as it was hotter than I expected. Their portions are great for the price too. Was worried when I saw waffel fries because you usually only get a handful, but their bag was loaded. Will be coming back for sure.“

“First time eating here. It was absolutely delicious. A huge sandwich! Chicken very tender and juicy. Great flavor. I wish there was more coleslaw on the sandwich, but that’s just me. I don’t like potatoes but these fries are great crispy and good flavor. Everything is freshly cooked . Definitely 5 star“

“We ordered 75 pieces of chicken for a holiday event. Priced great! We had nothing but complements all night on how good the chicken was! Delivered on time with a smile. Highly recommend them for your catering needs or just for a great meal!!!“

“I used to eat from years ago, and I stop by today. food is still 🔥🔥🔥“

“Ordered their 3PC Feast, it's comparably better than the other fried chicken place you know at this price point. The chicken skin stayed crispy and the chicken was juicy even after a long delivery. The biscuits were nice and hot with that hint of honey- I thoroughly looked forward to eating it.“

“Probamos el pollo a la brasa y estaba espectacular, jugoso y lleno de sabor. Además, el café de olla es simplemente exquisito, el mejor que he probado en mucho tiempo. El dueño es increíblemente servicial, siempre con una sonrisa y una actitud que te hace sentir como en casa. Definitivamente, un lugar al que volveré una y otra vez. Súper recomendado.“

“Chick-fil-A taught me what real chicken tastes like thats the only way I can describe the food its just THAT good and the place is super clean as well definately come here if you haven't yet chick-fil-A is the freshest chicken ever oh and the price is great I got a Chicken sandwich meal with large waffle fries for $11 thats amazing especially in this economy!“

“07-28-26 I was about to order for delivery on DoorDash and it didn’t have options for sauces or anything. So I called the store before ordering because I didn’t want dry chicken! The lady that picked up the phone made sure my order had sauce and it was very delicious when I received it.. thank you bless her heart!“

“Shark’s Fish & Chicken is a fantastic spot for comfort food! I tried the fried catfish and it was crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, while the fries were golden and well-seasoned. The portions are generous, making it a great value for the price. The staff were friendly“

“After wirk i was in the mood for chicken. Forget the kentucky. As a southsider i had to hit up harolds but the pullman joint seemed too far so i checked this one out. Not dissapointed. The mild did seem a little sweet but those 6 wings bathed in sauce were a hit. The lady seemed nice; its all about your demeanor and the a1 wings. 👌🏿“

“on Lock good food good cooks“

“Amazing Great Hot Fresh And Good!!!“

“The older cashier who works in the mornings is outstanding!! She is exactly what this location needs! She is professional and kind to her customers!! The food has been consistently good but she is the face behind this location and one of the reasons I frequent this location. Kudos to her!“

“This time I bought some fish and a Rice Bowl I also got the Icee cup I go here every couple of months the food is great I'll taste the other thing there including the desert they have different variety of things but I have not tried everything but so far everything is good“

“I've gotten fish, chicken, & burger before. Food was good..Once got (shot-thru-grease), I ordered chicken , four pieces of dark meat one piece was the weirdest piece of chicken I have ever seen it was not a thigh , one of the legs was extremely small I did not appreciate that and I did make mention of it to the manager/owner . Overall I've had a good experience with their food.“

“not sure but seems like they sold to someone else. service sucked Bought a 4 piece chicken wing get one free meal and 2 chicken breast meal and 2 pops. 40 dollars. The coleslaw tasted spoiled. never again..“

“Delicious“

“Harold’s is always the first place i go when i land in the Chi. This past week was no different. My best friend picked me up from the airport and already knew what it was, lol. This particular Harold’s was recommended. I stopped in around 8:30 or so and i gave my spill abt how it’s a tradition each time i come Chicago, Harold’s it’s always the first stop. The lady at the register took my order and asked where i was visiting from. I got wings and a pizza puff with mild and hot sauce, salt/pepper, and ketchup. She recommended i add Lemon Pepper, i obliged. After abt 10 minutes, i got my fresh food with a free bottle of mild sauce. Once i made it to the crib the food was gone in abt 7 mins. Food and customer service 10 out of 10 would highly recommend… I’ll definitely be back.“
