“First time going today. Took the family because I saw they served food for kids too. They have a deal 2 for $10 chicken sandwich so we tried that out. Bought large fries which was enough for all of us plus some, Mac n cheese for my son and another chicken sandwich for my daughter. Paid under $40 with drinks. I tried the hot chicken sandwich with coleslaw and I’ll tell you what, it’s very good on par with fry the coop, and I love fry the coop, the fries were crispy and seasoned I had them mild, also great flavor. Mac n cheese was delicious. I can say that this is one of my go tos for now on for hot chicken sandwich, this and fry the coop. I highly recommend this place. The owners were nice as well. Great service. I’ll be back.“

Staff is legit and remembers returning customers. If you are at the Orland mall, you owe it to yourself and to your family to at least try this chicken. Many other choices available. “I had the BEST experience with Honey's Chicken! I had to place a large order for catfish fillets for my wedding, and the owner actually came out to assist me with the order. “Great fried chicken! Chicken falls right off the bone and is super juicy. The skin is very crispy and is not overly seasoned. The French fries had the perfect crunch on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I'm not a fan of Cole slaw at all, but the Cole slaw here is good! Lastly the fritters, I had no idea what a fritter was, but man it was good. I see why they are sold buy the dozens. If you haven't tried this place yet, do yourself a favor and try it. “We had a Soul Food lunch at our office delivered from Eat and Run. We had 3 kinds of chicken, greens, sweet potatoes, mac and cheese, and everything was really delicious. We served 80 people and everyone loved the food. Many came back for seconds. We will call them again.“
