“Was excited to have a Brown's close by as it's a favorite from my youth. The store and lot was clean and the staff was professional and helpful. The flavors that I was missing, was missing. I walked in and ordered 3 wings and a biscuit, didn't wait long but the chicken was bland.“

“I came here because I had to pick up some equipment from the Best Buy down the street and I didn't want to be riding all around for lunch. I ordered wings, fried hard, and some livers. Everything was delicious. Fried just right. Execution was spot on. Nice little joint inside, too, decorated with sports memorabilia. Luckily, for me, the little joint comes with a TV for the customers to view as you wait... and wait.... and wait.... and wait...for your food.“

“After my son won a big football game a group of 10 of us were there on a Saturday night at around 9 PM. Man did they take care of us! The service was friendly, the food was fresh and out to us very quickly, and they did an all-around fantastic job of taking care of us!heaven was especially helpful with making sure things were done well and on time and we will definitely be headed back soon! “Got the #2 meal. Came with fries, pickles, potato salad, toast, and a side sauce. Went with the Supahot heat level. The chicken was crunchy and juicy. The Supahot is hot, but manageable. It has good flavor. Really like that it comes with potato salad. It's great. And don't skip the toast. It's super good. Overall, a great hot chicken place. I will come back.“

“I am new from Texas and I was told about this place. I AGREE!!!!........ BEST CHICKEN EVER!!... NOT greasy, excellent crispy skin, incredible cole slaw and the fries... (with the mild sauce for me) is TOP NOTCH!! The only thing is that you have to have cash.... and I don't because I will spend it!... “The workers worked hard. They were so polite. The lady brought my food to the car. She is so sweet.
My grandma was excited and quote, said they were not stingy on the fries! She loved it.
My only complaint was the sauce. It's not my usual taste preference for a mild sauce. Everything else was good.“

“I had the BEST experience with Honey's Chicken! I had to place a large order for catfish fillets for my wedding, and the owner actually came out to assist me with the order. He and his staff were very nice and accommodating. Not only were they nice, but the fish was AMAZING! I had to scramble to make sure my husband and I had fish. I'm truly grateful for the service. “This location was great tonight. I had the 6pc meal deal that comes with 4 sides and 4 biscuits. The food was fresh and tasty. The service was super friendly from all. Last but not least, the place was very bright and clean on the inside. I haven’t been to KFC in a while, but after this evening I’ll be back for sure.“

“Their chicken is always fresh & crispy! The staff were pleasant, and the dine-in area was clean. We had to wait maybe 5 minutes for our chicken (call-in order).

Unlike J&J Fish or Harold’s, they don’t drop your chicken until you arrive and pay. Ultimately, waiting 20+ minutes for a call in order.“

“It’s the best food in the hood, and the best Shark’s location we’ve ever been to! I’ll drive an hour and a half any day to eat there! Open late, and always make what you like. Options for all types of diets, except meatless ones lol really though the catfish is bomb, and the lemon pepper chicken wings with the hot sauce are to die for“

“When my wife and I pulled up to the drive through to order the service was just amazing tonight. It was around 730 pm and the lady on the speaker was so helpful, kind, and patient. The food was all fresh and I have never had biscuits this soft from kfc in no state. Thank you all for being phenomenal.“

“I gave 3 stars on the Service and Atmosphere because when the girl dark skin girl with the braces is there she loud, rude, and ghetto. The light skinned young lady and the regular lady are very nice.

I eat here once a week faithfully and since the regular lady has been out I’ve not gotten my food how I ask for it ( lite mild on my 4 wings). She old me she would make sure b it was correct but she walked away and my food had way to much mild sauce on it. She took my food tossed it in the trash and called for it to be remade.“

Which is the difference for some people of ordering and not ordering, because you need to use the bathroom other than that. I guess everything. What's OK?“

“The food here is phenomenal!?I tried it for the first time couple days ago and it was mouthwatering literally? the burgers are amazing, the milkshakes are wonderfully delicious, the mozzarella sticks are really good, the fries are good and the chicken here is really good too! “Look at the pictures it says it all, this is the best chicken I ever had. Triple lemon pepper 20 pieces of chicken WITH fries.It may take a little time but it's made to go but if you call before coming 15 minutes it will already be ready and the 2 sauces was HUGE.

“Though the sign says you get coleslaw with all dinners. I get home and no slaw. I called and she said everyone don't eat coleslaw, you have to ask. Going back to get my slaw, I stated the menu says slaw comes with the order. They said the slaw is actually complimentary and that you only pay for the food itself not the coleslaw. Even with all of this I must say the nuggets were good.“

“You dont want to know the mood I was in when I decided to run to the closest Popeyes (due those damned commercials). But I was greeted, ordered easily (prices everywhere are ridiculous), waited in comfort (ie, it wasnt crowded), the meal promptly received had probably been cooked and awaiting to be sold; but once home, w a li'l microwaving, and a beer, I was more than satisfied w the crispiness of the spicy chicken. The fries were adequate (I've had a batch better elsewhere), as were the biscuits. It definitely excels beyond the consistently poorly run Popeyes on Stony Island off of 87th Street (at least, as of the last time I gave it a chance, which has been well over a year).“

“Atmosphere? I use the drive thru? but the lot is interesting at 95 and stony. Food; Always hot and fresh. Good staff. One of the consistant KFCs around. Haven't gotten bad yet, like others. Seems some owners hold product too long, i understand kfc high food costs but id rather wait and get good than pay tons for crap i will return for refund, and not come back. But this location HAS ALWAYS BEEN REALLY GOOD!
