She was extremely nice, attentive, patient, and knowledgeable about her job. I would highly recommend this location especially if she is there. Definitely 5 stars for her customer service.“
“Visited this location for lunch as I traveled to work. I choose the Harvey location because the crews have been the better organized and professional out of the two stores closest to me. You're met with friendly greetings, and a clean store. I had no issues using a coupon nor did I have to wait for spicy pieces.“
“WOW...it's some of the best fast food. And the staff is soooo amazingly friendly and helpful. Those fries are fire. The sandwich is amazing. I will so be back and be back often. There isn't much seating, but I'd go even if I had to sit in the car to eat.“
“First time going today. Took the family because I saw they served food for kids too. They have a deal 2 for $10 chicken sandwich so we tried that out. Bought large fries which was enough for all of us plus some, Mac n cheese for my son and another chicken sandwich for my daughter. Paid under $40 with drinks. I tried the hot chicken sandwich with coleslaw and I’ll tell you what, it’s very good on par with fry the coop, and I love fry the coop, the fries were crispy and seasoned I had them mild, also great flavor. Mac n cheese was delicious. I can say that this is one of my go tos for now on for hot chicken sandwich, this and fry the coop. I highly recommend this place. The owners were nice as well. “I am new from Texas and I was told about this place. I AGREE!!!!........ BEST CHICKEN EVER!!... NOT greasy, excellent crispy skin, incredible cole slaw and the fries... (with the mild sauce for me) is TOP NOTCH!! The only thing is that you have to have cash.... and I don't because I will spend it!... Otherwise, I WILL go to the bank to get cash to come here again.. for only the third time!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!“
“The food is always good and fresh ?...the young lady at the window failed to give me my receipt. I had to go into the store. It is important that we get a receipt, especially when using a debit or visa card. The theft is real in these days and times.“

“I had the BEST experience with Honey's Chicken! I had to place a large order for catfish fillets for my wedding, and the owner actually came out to assist me with the order. He and his staff were very nice and accommodating. Not only were they nice, but the fish was AMAZING! I had to scramble to make sure my husband and I had fish. I'm truly grateful for the service. “The food that I order is always good only 1 or two times they didn’t cook the livers well enough but no hard complaints.. the ladies always seem a little moody at first but nice in the end I like browns always have scared to try anything different because I don’t want to have to write a bad review lol 5 stars for the food for now (livers mushrooms and the corn fritters)“
“This location was closed and now has reopened. The food is not as good as before. The chicken and the tenders were hard, we asked for spicy and got regular. There was no flavor on the okra, mashed potatoes or the chicken. The best thing was the biscuit and soda. I will not be going back. Not one person had on gloves or a hair nets. If you are collecting money you should not be touching any food.“
