“Love this place - the chicken is always good. BUT if I order wings and ask for “mild sauce on the side” I only want mild sauce. I ordered 8 wings with mild sauce on the side and got 1 cup of mild sauce and 1 cup of hot sauce - I never asked for hot sauce so now I have 8 wings with 1 cup of sauce.“

“I came here for an Uber Eats pickup and was thoroughly impressed. The parking lot looks freshly paved and clean, which made it easy for my Tesla to navigate and park. Walking inside, the first thing I noticed was how amazing it smells. The air conditioning was running perfectly, making the restaurant very comfortable. It’s a great environment with families enjoying meals and other drivers picking up orders. You can even see their classic ingredients like the rice, beans, herbs, and spices on display. Most importantly, the chicken is cooked perfectly. Clean, comfortable, and efficient—highly recommended!“

“First thing I noticed is a service. Very accommodating and courteous. I got all wings and have no problem with that they were fresh and I love the sauce. Should have tried them without the sauce because it definitely didn't need it. Everything seemed to be fresh and cooked on the spot. Can't wait to try other things on the menu.“

“the best thing about this place is the service the food and prices It's so affordable I've been coming here now for my quick meal I literally can't ask for anything more the guy that works, let me tell you he works lol The food is so good i always come here for my special two pizza puffs, mozzarella sticks and fries always the same price 13 dollars i swear anywhere else and you would be paying 10 dollars for each pizza puff. definitely recommend!!!!“

“The chicken is always fried and seasoned to perfection. However i have found that even though i order then with lemon pepper when i open the container there's no sign of lemon pepper.

This could be due to the quality of lemon pepper they use but not only do i not see it visually i don't taste it either which sucks bc all you have to say is we don't do that. Because i don't see you forgetting every single time.

I haven't tried anything outside of their chicken and perch and bottled drinks.

“Michael and kadence have been beyond amazing. They have great customer service smiling and very patient. I have been in this location plenty of times and have had terrible service. I'm so happy I chose to give them another chance. I will become a regular again. I'm guessing Michael is the manager he hands down knows what he's doing environment is just ll around positive! He's awesome to his employees and customers stays on top of cleanliness and customers.“

“Though the sign says you get coleslaw with all dinners. I get home and no slaw. I called and she said everyone don't eat coleslaw, you have to ask. Going back to get my slaw, I stated the menu says slaw comes with the order. They said the slaw is actually complimentary and that you only pay for the food itself not the coleslaw. Even with all of this I must say the nuggets were good.“

He and his staff were very nice and accommodating. Not only were they nice, but the fish was AMAZING! I had to scramble to make sure my husband and I had fish. I'm truly grateful for the service. My orders have varied from catered pans of chicken and fish to my regular dinner orders and it has always been fresh, crispy and well seasoned. Sam and his staff is always friendly and patient. “I didn’t feel like cooking dinner and my family and I had a taste for Popeyes Chicken. We don’t eat Popeyes often and when you get a crave for something you want your tastebuds to be satisfied. I came to this Popeyes location around 4:30 yesterday evening, everything was fresh and pipping hot. The customer service was excellent and the staff were friendly. The inside was clean and quiet. I clipped a coupon deal from the Popeyes app on my phone they honored in store. Overall great experience and I will return to this location even though there are 2 other Popeyes closer to my home.“

“Visited Mr Brown’s in Chicago Heights with my wife and ordered the 6-piece mixed chicken meal with fries and corn fritters as sides. The chicken was juicy inside and crispy outside, not greasy at all. Fries were perfectly cooked and the corn fritters were sweet and flavorful. You can tell the food is made fresh. The guys there were so nice and helpful, very satisfying meal overall.“

“Top-tier service. Working at a fast food restaurant isn't easy, so I really appreciate when someone goes out of their way to be pleasant and attentive. The cashier who helped me was welcoming, pleasant, and efficient, I'll definitely be back because of her.

“Fist timer. The Buffalo sauce is perfect. Just enough to make sweet beads on my forehead. The fries are good too. My wife had the Tilapia it was lightly breaded. It takes a little longer to cook than the chicken.“
