“The food that I order is always good only 1 or two times they didn’t cook the livers well enough but no hard complaints.. the ladies always seem a little moody at first but nice in the end I like browns always have scared to try anything different because I don’t want to have to write a bad review lol 5 stars for the food for now (livers mushrooms and the corn fritters)“

“I arrived at the restaurant around 3 pm. I was excited to see there were no other customers inside the restaurant. I was politely greeted by the Harold's employee who very patiently answered my questions. After placing my order I stepped aside and prepared myself for a long wait. After a couple of hands of Gin Rummy on my phone, my name was called and my order was ready. It was correct, hot and delicious.

“Never disappointed by this Popeyes...this is the closest location to us...about 2 miles...the chicken is so fresh...and cooked so good...it actually melts in ur mouth...and even though it is fried....it is not greasy one little bit...so yummy...and the red beans and rice...r to die for...and I also had the coleslaw and u get a biscuit with a dinner...we were a bit early before dinnertime...so it was not crowded at all inside...but had a nice steady drive thru going on...
The employees were very nice and personable...especially since they...were going thru the aftermath of big weather that had been going around here on Monday nite...extreme high winds...etc...fortunately no tornadoes for us in this immediate area...and we did not have any ill effects...but the employees were experiencing power outages from the storms...so we were all conversing about that while r food was being preoared...like I said very nice people...and r order was done to a tee....and very delicious...
The first time I ever had Popeyes was back in the 80s...when I was living in Florida...and Popeyes is still very delicious food...

“By far a great place to eat chicken was fire w Mac and fries was soo good, it’s 11/15/24 7:20 pm and the girl who took our order was amazing it was our first time here ? then we got a 10% discount for being in healthcare and of course showing our work ID, MUSIC was on point went there w two cousins we laughed enjoyed our food and sang a couple of songs :)“

“So far I’ve only been here twice but I’ve loved it! I got the Byrd bomb and it was so good. The second time I got the chicken tenders and the picture doesn’t do it justice! The tender was so crispy and flavorful. The seasonings were amazing. The fries were crispy on the outside soft on the inside and the 24K sauce is honestly worth 24K. That’s probably one of the best sauces I’ve had. This place made a simple comfort meal like chicken tenders and fries to the ultimate level. Definitely a good place to come for comfort food. They also have kind hospitality :)“

“The sandwich was big and satisfying. I ordered it "Hot" which was pretty mild, at least to me! I did not order any sides. I was full after hald a sandwich so I would say that it is a good deaI. I liked it enough that I would like to order it again, soon!“

“I had an awesome experience here! The people were super friendly, the food was great, the best Mexican food in the area. I would definitely recommend to family and friends or anyone in general. It's a lovely experience, and i do want to add that the decorations are beautiful. Really makes you feel safe and comfortable as you're enjoying your meal with some nice coffee.“

This particular Harold’s was recommended. I stopped in around 8:30 or so and i gave my spill abt how it’s a tradition each time i come Chicago, Harold’s it’s always the first stop. The lady at the register took my order and asked where i was visiting from. I got wings and a pizza puff with mild and hot sauce, salt/pepper, and ketchup. She recommended i add Lemon Pepper, i obliged. After abt 10 minutes, i got my fresh food with a free bottle of mild sauce. Once i made it to the crib the food was gone in abt 7 mins. Food and customer service 10 out of 10 would highly recommend… I’ll definitely be back.“

“Cheap meal deals. (2/$5 menu) Classic greasy spoon menu items. 2 step ordering process: Place order & obtain receipt. Take receipt to gas station cashier to pay. Bring paid stamped receipt back to restaurant side. No receipt-no food! I don't bother with the old veggies on display. Fresh chicken is what I usually get when in a rush. Spanish speaking cook is very friendly and accurate.“

“I gave 3 stars on the Service and Atmosphere because when the girl dark skin girl with the braces is there she loud, rude, and ghetto. The light skinned young lady and the regular lady are very nice.

I eat here once a week faithfully and since the regular lady has been out I’ve not gotten my food how I ask for it ( lite mild on my 4 wings). She old me she would make sure b it was correct but she walked away and my food had way to much mild sauce on it. She took my food tossed it in the trash and called for it to be remade.“

“I went for lunch (around 2:10pm) through drive thru and the young man taking the orders has one of the best customer service I ever had at KFC. I just wanted a chicken breast but he mentioned how I can save money if I just got the meal. Very well spoken too. Once I got to the window they were fast and he even asked me how my day was. I loved his service , by the way the chicken was fresh and crispy. I will def return.“

“I ordered a large perch not fried hard. The portion size exceeded my expectations!!! The customer service was great. The food was awesome, definitely worth the price. “Chicken was fresh, crispy! We were told there was a 7 min wait to finish cooking. I was in the drive thru longer than 20min. Unfortunately, my visit was inadvertently on a Tuesday (2pc for $1.99 special day).
I went the previous evening and was told there was a 25min wait for all chicken. I did not wait, but was not pleased with my alternate choice. Church's needs to have a better balance with how not to run out of chicken, while making sure unsold portions are kept at a minimum. After all, this is their business and they are the experts. Figure it out.“

“You dont want to know the mood I was in when I decided to run to the closest Popeyes (due those damned commercials). But I was greeted, ordered easily (prices everywhere are ridiculous), waited in comfort (ie, it wasnt crowded), the meal promptly received had probably been cooked and awaiting to be sold; but once home, w a li'l microwaving, and a beer, I was more than satisfied w the crispiness of the spicy chicken. The fries were adequate (I've had a batch better elsewhere), as were the biscuits. It definitely excels beyond the consistently poorly run Popeyes on Stony Island off of 87th Street (at least, as of the last time I gave it a chance, which has been well over a year).“

“Though the sign says you get coleslaw with all dinners. I get home and no slaw. I called and she said everyone don't eat coleslaw, you have to ask. Going back to get my slaw, I stated the menu says slaw comes with the order. They said the slaw is actually complimentary and that you only pay for the food itself not the coleslaw. Even with all of this I must say the nuggets were good.“
