“I want to give a huge shoutout to Tempestt Reed at Popeyes. I had an issue with a DoorDash order placed through the Popeyes website where most of my food was missing. After getting nowhere with customer support, I called the restaurant directly and Tempestt was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful.

When I came in a few days later with my receipt, she handled everything with a great attitude and made sure I got taken care of. Customer service like that honestly stands out these days. She turned a frustrating experience into a positive one just by being understanding and respectful.

I'll tell you, the fries and the Mac is pretty damn good. I went in when everything was freshly made, almost directly after opening. This was my first time trying it. Wonderful first impression. The slider was damn good too. Fried to perfection.... The young lady that served the orders also had excellent customer service. Y'all keep it up now.“
