“Really good chicken tonight, everyone is always friendly there.just wish I would have gotten my biscuits. Tried calling (several times) but no one answered. Mac and cheese was too soupy. Edit****manager called to let me know that they are going to make sure I get my biscuits and they have also noticed the Mac and cheese issue. Very happy with her timely response �“

“Lots of food for the money. Staff looked shorthanded but we’re doing an amazing job. Felt comfortable to eat alone in public. Ever since they opened I’ve never experienced a wrong order. I'll tell you, the fries and the Mac is pretty damn good. I went in when everything was freshly made, almost directly after opening. This was my first time trying it. Wonderful first impression. The slider was damn good too. Fried to perfection.... The young lady that served the orders also had excellent customer service. Y'all keep it up now.“

“I live in Los Angeles and was in Chicago area for a job. I ordered grilled chicken philly for lunch and it pretty good, ive traveled the country as a Truck driver and have to say this is a top 3 chicken philly in my opinion... highly recommend this place!“

“Pretty good for fast food and I prefer their breakfast over their lunch and dinner. I always get the 4 count Chick-n-Minis meal and order an extra 4 count. It’s expensive for a fast food breakfast. Wish they had an option for 4 or 8 count, it would probably make it a little more affordable. I would stop here for breakfast more often but $15.55 is expensive, considering it’s only fast food.
I could get a lot more food for the same price at a sit down breakfast restaurant but I guess that’s what you pay for convenience. I just need to give myself more time and not pay extra for fast and convenient.“

“I drove 30 minutes to come try this place out AND OH MY GOODNESS I WAS BLOWN AWAY! The food is delicious! The staff is phenomenal! You also get a little cookie with every meal, and it was SPECTACULAR! The staff also informed us of the app and point system. Extremely nice people, extremely clean place, and reasonably priced good quality food. I will be coming back! Shoutout to Miracle Joy for being very sweet and helpful for my first time and shoutout to Jacey for helping us with the rewards system!“

“Grabbed this to go on a whim and really enjoyed what I had. Ordered medium and it was a good spice level, but if you are sensative to spice, I would opt for the mild as it was hotter than I expected. Their portions are great for the price too. Was worried when I saw waffel fries because you usually only get a handful, but their bag was loaded. Will be coming back for sure.“

“The chicken is my favorite. I always get their delicious fresh coleslaw. Their daily specials are very good and generous. Like a lot of restaurants very little attention is paid to the dining room. There are usually one or two dirty tables and the room needs a thorough cleaning and upgrades“

“It was kinda hard to find the place. We had to get out of the car and walk around back to the entrance but boy let me tell you it was worth it.Their tatertots with cheese was delicious and the chicken strips were phenomenal will be coming back.“

“looks as tho everything is done in house. the fries are fresh cut potatoes. the patties are hand made. the chicken is I think the best fried chicken I've ever had. texture of the frying and pinch of lemon pepper balances extremely well. prices are dirt cheap. if this exact item was at a downtown gastro pub it be selling for $12.99 which people would gladly pay and it be famous like Au Cheval with a line and not the $2.99 I paid. a lot of care of actual not taking shortcuts goes into the food preparation. I even saw the guy put on a brand new pair of vinyl gloves to prepare and cook the food. they are moving locations next week glad I came across them while here on business. I'm super critical and knitpicky and rarely think a good item is something pretty amazing even their house hotsauce very vinegary and balanced. Former chef. I even criticize my own failed attempts at perfection that others think are amazing. He could probably beat Bobby Flay but that doesn't seem to be an exclusive accomplishment anymore Lol.. go try this places chicken. not expensive nothing to lose well worth it.“

“Tried wick’s chicken for first time today. The chicken is fried to perfection with a light breading that stayed crispy even with the commute back to work. The wick’s ghost sauce has a good heat and flavor. Will be back.“

“The chicken tenders were a good size, the breading was yummy and crunchy, and the chicken was juicy. The honey biscuits were good too. We got plenty of food for the price. For three people we got enough for two meals for a total of $50. The people working there were very nice and the food was ready when I got there to pick it up. Easy to order online.“

“We had a great customer service experience here! My wife ordered a vanilla cream cold brew, but it was a bit sweet for her taste. The woman working the window remade it with less vanilla and shake base, which was very nice of her! I wish I got her name but I hope her team reads this shout out anyway!“

“Reliably the best tasting chicken dinners in the region. It's not too spicy so you can taste the always well cooked but moist chicken. This has been a real treat for me to eat for over 50 years now. Nothing better than a bag of hot fritters for the long drive home. The Downers Grove Take Out restaurant has a bit of nostalgic equipment, but if they sold merch as well, they might do even better business.“
